For that, you need to be there, in the heart of Madrid. And the Santa Ana apartment is the option.



Located in the famous Square with the same name, it is the perfect site for those who wish to stay in the heart of the city's historic and tourist centre. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. By walking just a few minutes, one can reach the most outstanding museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Gran Vía –where the major cinemas and theatres are located- and the neighbourhoods with the most nightlife and cultural activity like La Latina.

The flat



Choosing this apartment is like having the preferred box seat. As if it weren't enough to be in one of the best spots to get to know Madrid, the Santa Ana VIII also boasts two enormous windows that look directly onto the well-known Plaza of the same name. One could spend hours just looking... everything happens in that Plaza: bars, restaurants, venues, visitors, a mandatory passing point for any tourist.



Moreover, the windows completely illuminate this 30m2 studio that, together with its fine and simple decoration and light colours, create a spacious and warm atmosphere.



This apartment has a double bed, kitchen –with ceramic hob and fully equipped- and a very modern and stylish bathroom to, in addition to achieving a space with great style, provide all the necessary comforts and practicality. Located on the third floor, without a lift.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Works will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building, unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
