Overview
Kalliopi is located in Kaminaki, Corfu. This maisonette offers
air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 5 people (4 Adults and 1
Child) with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South
Facing). Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Kalliopi's entrance opens into a cool hallway from which the rooms
radiate; the kitchen/living room to the left and the bedrooms and
bathroom to the right.

Paradise for recouvery

Your own little pearl on a beautiful little beach with a taverna run by a wonderful family. Great food, calm, private and just perfect for a relaxing vacation. I will come back!

Kalliopi stay

The property is in a lovely location and very private about a minute from the beach. The house is a little jaded but comfortable enough ( apart from the bathrooms that definitely need an upgrade. )It is very very quiet and a car is definitely recommended. The pool area is brilliant and was kept very clean by the maintenance man.There are water taxes to other beaches and to Corfu Town. For a relaxing stay it’s a lovely area. A very very steep long hill to the main road and supermarket, bakery etc.

We spent an amazing time at Kalliopi. When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, and smelt lovely. Really cozy and comfortable. Most of the time we spend around the pool or at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, and enjoying gatherings with our local friends. We highly recommend this property for your next holiday!

Just what we look for when booking a maisonette, cozy, clean, and simple. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and had its own terrace and pool. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed the evening sea breeze. We also visited Nissaki and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Greek specialties there. Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

I cant say enough about this Kalliopi maisonette and the villa location. Great maisonette with its own private pool and terrace. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa maisonette and Kaminaki were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the maisonette. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. What we liked the most was the vicinity of the beach, we spend a great time there: swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, boat renting...Kalliopi near settlement is very charming and we really enjoyed the local cuisine there. Overall nice location, nice maisonette and perfect holiday for us. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended.

This is exactly what we wanted! Very clean, and quiet! Well-equipped with everything that we needed. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day. We spent some time at Barbati beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Just 5 minutes walking from some of the tavernas. Glad that we visited those nice places with tasty specialties. We will come back.

All was excellent. Clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Enjoying your swim in your own private pool with a glass of wine was a delightful experience. Also, having an outdoor dining area and a BBQ was a real plus. The beach is so close to the property and we spent most of our time there. Nearby tavernas are nice too. Thanks!

Villa Kalliopi was truly amazing. Cozy and had more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, a pool everything! During the day, we enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. Kassiopi and Ipsos are some of the beaches that we visited while we were there and must mention that they are so stunning. We warmly recommend this property to everyone!

We really enjoy our stay there. We found Corfu and Villa Kalliopi to match all our wants and wishes and we are glad that we stayed there for our holiday. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day, which in turn gave us a break too! Also, the service was excellent. Thank you and see you again soon!

Bon séjour , maison très bien située

Maison( rez-de-chaussée de la maison)très bien située à quelques mètres d’une petite plage magnifique et calme. 2 tavernes sur la plage très agréables où on mange très bien. Nécessité d’avoir une voiture pour visiter l’île et aller au supermarché. Maison bien équipée ; quelques problèmes de fuite dans la cuisine. Piscine agréable. Pendant notre séjour le pisciniste est venu entretenir la piscine et nous avons eu un ménage de mi séjour. Bonne communication avec l’agence qui est réactive. La récupération des clés se fait avec un boîtier à l’entrée de la maison. Il serait d’ailleurs utile d’avoir 2 clés.

Inaccurate address, not the best communication

I don't like to leave a negative review, however the address provided was incorrect, the taxi driver was unable to locate it, I have to ring the agent to confirm, so at extra cost I did get to a property eventually. The fridge wasn't working properly and we had a pool of water on the floor, the cleaner left a bucket with a mop to collect leaking water, after contacting agency we been advised that someone will come around to fix, stayed home all day and left after 1700 pm to find out that someone was around at 17:30 to advise as to switch of fridge for a day... it didn't work after that anyway, I understand that there were no other fridge was available to replace...anyway not all was bad, the place is really nice, the beach and seafood restaurant worth to visit, very helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant- huge thanks to them.

Its been an incredible week for us! Thank you! Nice maisonette in a great location and nice neighborhood, near to almost everything: shops, tavernas, etc. Its about a 20-minute drive to Corfu Airport. We are still here and cant wait to come back or find another place with Agni Travel.

We had a wonderful time on Corfu - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise waters, white cliffs olive groves, and a host of excellent tavernas. We stayed in the Kalliopi maisonette which was clean comfortable and cozy, with enough amenities to enjoy. Overall the maisonette was really cute and had excellent value for money. One has hardly noticed anything of both. The location is also excellent, with only a short walking distance to the beach, tavernas. restaurants and bars. While there we took several trips to fab beaches and some lovely restaurants at Nissaki and Kalami. Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling. We found people at Kaminaki to be very friendly and nice. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out the directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. Overall we enjoyed our holiday at Kalliopi maisonette and we are planning to visit Kalliopi next year as well.

Absolutely loved the property,and the charming hamlet it was located at, the property could do with som e maintenance in the bathrooms but this is not a deal breaker. You definitely need a hire care but katerina care hire recommended by agni travel were very reasonably priced and very accommodating. This is the ideal holiday home for complete quiet and relaxation. The cleaning service were friendly and discreet. The service from the local shop if you havent a vehicle is second to none,we had to change our arrangements for car hire as bad weather prevented us from arriving on date expected so the local shop came and picked me up,let me do my shopping for essentials then took me back to the villa at no charge,they were wonderful. This really is an ideal get away from it all villa and would highly recommend it.

The kitchen is well equipped and has an excellent fridge. The pool area is very nice, pool is clean and well maintained. Air con in rooms is excellent and very quiet. Good Wi-Fi. A mention should go to the two cleaning ladies who are very efficient, friendly and polite and did an excellent job. Kaminaki is a nice quiet resort with a clean, beautiful beach and a nice taverna with good food. However the sunbed prices are expensive. The taverna on nearby Krouzeri beach is excellent with great food and free sunbeds. The walk way between the two beaches is excellent, well lit and offers a good alternative. The boat hire company are very good with reasonable prices.
