Villa Petros is modern and spacious, with steps to get to the villa,
rooms and terraces designed to make the most of the superb views. The
villa is air-conditioned throughout.

dining area. The large patio doors are open to a shaded terrace
overlooking the pool, Kaminaki and sea views. It consists of three
large bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. Moreover, there are
three bathrooms, an upper balcony with a shaded lounge area and views
over the private pool and the sea.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
