Overview
Villa Zenon is located in Coral Bay - Paphos, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi
and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a
private pool (South Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Zenon is a villa with a private pool and large terrace, that is
set on two floors. The main entrance to the villa is at road-level.
Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and kitchen. There
are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two
twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and one family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD
Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Zenon has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
(Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.)

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We had the most wonderful vacation in Villa Zenon. We stayed for 11 nights in October. The house owner is super service-minded and made sure we had the best time possible. The Villa has a very good location and you dona€™t really need a rental car living 2 minutes from supermarkets and 5 minutes from the beach. The outside area of the Villa is spacious and the pool is soo nice. We would really like to go back!

The villa was excellent. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 2 children. Check-in went smoothly with clear instructions. The pool area of the villa was really great. Everything needed was in the villa. The distance to the beach was about 10 minutes walk and to the "tourist street" with restaurants about 5 minutes. All in all, we had a great week in villa Zenon.

Lovely villa in an excellent location!Stayed here with my husband, 17 year old twin boys, 22 year old daughter & her partner Location - 2 minutes walk to main strip, bus stop into Pathos (2 per adult) and 5-10 minutes walk to Phillipos supermarket & the beach. The supermarket is well stocked with everything you need & the beach is lovely & sandy with water sports nearby. However if you want a sun longer get there early!Villa - yes as others have said, it’s a little dated, but you have everything you need for an amazing holiday! Pool is lovely & was a real hit with us all & the Villa is clean and comfortable Tasos who manages the villa was lovely and popped in to make sure we were okay. We did have a problem with the a/c unit breaking in our room but he & the owner had it replaced the next day. He also bought us an extra fan to help us sleep which was thoughtful. Uncomfortable night but issue sorted promptly If I had to be picky I’d say replace the shower curtain in downstairs en-suite & leave some extra pillows as we only had one each. Also the shower floors are quite slippery so a non slip mat would be a good idea The BBQ is functional but has seen better days & could do with replacing. Also some cooking utensils for the BBQ would be nice. We also bought our own washing pods for washing machine & dishwasher. Nice to have some water in the fridge on arrival We had an amazing holiday here & really didn’t want to go home. Thank you!

We spent an amazing time in Villa Zenon! Accurate description, beautiful property. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything we needed during our holiday. Enjoying your swim in your own private pool with a glass of wine was a delightful experience. As we went out and explored the west of the island almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. Nearby were a lot of tavernas and restaurants, and we are glad that we visited those nice places with tasty specialties. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, tavernas, and bars, as well as a supermarket. Much gratitude to everyone that helped us to book and look after us before and during our stay.

All was perfect! The villa and surroundings were exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. Also, nice outside area with a private pool and terrace. Swimming and sunbathing in our private villa was a pleasure as was Coral Bay and its gorgeous beach which was less than a 10-minute walk away. We hired a boat for a couple of days to further explore the west coast and must mention that it was so amazing! The owner as well as the agents were very helpful during our stay and always on hand. We warmly recommend this villa to everyone.

Just what we want. Villa Zenon was so lovely and very clean with lots of space, a nice living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated as was the nice pool. The outside space was amazing and it was really restful to stay in the outside sitting area at night. Nearby are a lot of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Also, the nearest beach (Coral Bay beach) is just an 8-minutes walk from the villa. We visited Paphos a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious specialties in its local restaurants. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated it. By the way, this was our third holiday in this villa and we hope that we will come back the next year.

Villa Zenon was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything you could need for a pleasant holiday. The living area was very spacious, the bedrooms so comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day, which in turn gave us a break too! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and we spent almost every night there with a glass of wine. Coral Bay beach and Laourou Beach are some of the beaches where we spent an amazing time swimming and sunbathing as well. We also visited Tombs of The Kings and really enjoyed exploring it. The entire service from start to finish was excellent. Really great customer experience. We have the best holiday ever and we will come back!!!

Please read before booking

Property was nice however please be aware of local issues. There are a series of burglaries and break ins and we had cash, jewellery and valuables taken from is inside the villa and this was whilst I was in the villa on my own (whilst I visited the upstairs bathroom). The property is next to some derelict land and a pathway to the strip. This is a perfect location for this kind of crime and the police officer that came out confirmed that there were issues in the local area with this kind of crime. It wasn’t as if we didn’t make use of the safe upstairs, we did,,, just didn’t expect to have to use it when in the property! The owner came out and said he would check his cctv around the area although had no plans to install cctv outside the villa to improve security. He also said I can get over it as there was no violence. Google this villa, Villa Zenon, and you will see a previous burglary on a review at the same property in April this year. Hopefully at some point the owner, who owns an array of properties, will invest in some security. Next visit I will most definitely be looking for a villa with cctv and additional security.

This villa is in an ideal place with everything on your doorstep. It is very private and not overlooked which is very important to us. The villa is well equipped and extremely roomy. The pool is an ideal size and very very welcoming! The owner Tasos is at hand to assist with any problems should they arise and is extremely friendly. All in all we would highly recommend it.

from the first moment we arrived until we left was perfect. although sometimes photos of villas can be dated i found the photos and description was perfectly up to date. cleaning was done to a high standard and even the owners son popped in a couple of times to make sure all was ok and to see f we needed any information for the area etc. very very helpful without being intrusive at all. cannot speak highly enough of the service from Agni Travel and owners son. we are awaiting the school Easter holidays for 2020 so we can book the property again. i think that says everything.. this is our 5th year in Paphos area many thanks to all for making our holiday perfect.

The noise from the villa behind ours was unacceptable for the first two nights of our stay! It was like we were at a disco with a karaoke blaring away until well after midnight. Fortunately the people staying there must have moved on after that!! There is a problem with ants in the villa that come from the air conditioning unit in the downstairs room. We did not have anyone staying in this room and was thankful that we didn’t! Other than that we have had a lovely stay. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The villa is an ideal spot to be able to just walk into the town to eat each night with plenty of good standard restaurants. An enjoyable, relaxing holiday, than you.

Lovely villa three big bedrooms all with ensuites and aircon. Pool and outside area great and good facilities throughout the villa. Absolutely no complaints. Supermarket and bars very close by. Coral bay is within walking distance however up hill on the way back which is a challenge in the heat. We had a car and drive to the beach due to the heat 41 degrees one afternoon. The owner visited us twice to make sure we were ok and to offer us fresh towels. Also recommended a lovely restaurant nearby where we had a traditional Cypriot meal. This was a lovely touch and reassured us that we had someone nearby we could call on. A lovely clean villa which we would highly recommend. We will come back!
