Overview
Villa Palmira is located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 8 people with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South-East Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach and

The villa comprises of 4 air conditioned bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen,

The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Perfect location

Villa Palmira is in an ideal location between Puerto del Carmen and Los Pocilos. Four very large bedrooms with a great kitchen facility. The en-suite bathroom could probably do with an upgrade but everything worked and the villa was very comfortable. It was great to spend time in the warm swimming pool.

This villa was almost half the price of other villas that we have used in the same street. The communication with the letting company was excellent. As other reviews stated the Villa could do with an update to the interior, but for 5 over 50a€™s it was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend the villa, to small groups or families, the location is so quiet and less than 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars.

Great Villa in Lanzarote

Stayed in Villa Palmira for one week with my family. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool anD the outside area are fantastic. Only negative thing is the villa needs an upgrade nothing drastic just bit of TLC, would help if the was 2 sets of keys as most people will stay with family and they all dont go back to the villa at the same time. Definitely stay there again

Lovely place. The description of the villa is accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Puerto del Carmen generally. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. The pool was lovely and plenty big enough for us all to have fun! The nearest beach is just 400 meters from the villa. There are also several restaurants and bars nearby (within walking distance). We thank the owners who checked on us from time to time.

All perfect!!! 5 stars! It was exactly what we needed. Modern, clean, and well-decorated. The pool was well maintained. The kids loved it and we felt very safe with the privacy of it all. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance: beach, bars, restaurants, and supermarket, so the plus is that we did not need to rent a car. Playa de los Pocillos and Playa Matagorda are some of the best sandy beaches that we ever visited. We plan to come again!

Very Tired Property

It needs a complete make over, draws falling apart, huge stain on the wall, we complained about the discusting mattress, pillows, toaster and microwave. They replaced the stained pillows and rotten toaster later that day and the mattress the following day, not the microwave. So 2 days we had to wait in. The pool wasn't cleaned until the 6th day (it was not too bad but should have been cleaned before we arrived) Generally could be a lovely villa but it has been neglected. Also, just a mention that the villa numbers don't run in sequence and Villa Palmera does not have a number on it outside and the name sign is so faded you have to get so close to read it, so our taxi had trouble finding it. The place needs a total refurb and maybe different cleaners, they must have noticed the grossly stained mattress.

Old needs updating dont rent

The property needs updating on arrival we had to ask for more cutlery only one wine glass the rest was the size of sherry glass no bread knife the pizza oven was unusable broken/ cigarette butts left in there the bq utensils was old and wouldn’t want to cook with the living room furniture was not the same as shown on internet old very worn dirty coffe table edgeing broken the bed sheets and covers smelt the bath with shower had mould all round it and no were to hang shower head the mixer taps was loose the bath plastic frame was falling apart the smaller shower you could not run hot water because there was no pressure there was only one sink plug for both sinks which didn’t fit if a family was on a budget they would have to buy things that you would expect to find in a rental villa the towels had holes in them the cooker had no marking on dials to set temperatures no can opener The pool was cleaned once in 11 days we stayed dirty round edging

We really enjoyed the villa and exploring the nearby area. Villa Palmira was clean and the service was excellent. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. The agents were so attentive and gave us a lot of information. We liked that we can combine our holiday with different activities: from exploring different places and beaches to relaxing days at the villa. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next holiday as we had the best holiday ever!

Older villa

This property, is ok, its an older property, which could do with a freshening up, pool great, location lovely and quiet, no welcome pack on arrival, so had to find telephone numbers for taxi etc ourselves, phoned property manager regards shower broken, workmen turned up next day, not repaired or replaced, workmen left, didn't hear from anybody for rest of holiday, had to stand in shower holding malfunctioning shower head, steps leading to property, not mentioned on site description, could be an issue for people with mobility problems, this needs to be addressed, had good holiday, but villa only average.

Not as advertised

Villa in a great location but not as advertised. Pictures clearly taken many years ago. Villa very tired and pool area filthy. 6 loungers most broken pool shower full of slime. Pool water green and not corrected for the rest of the holiday. (Longers replaced when we complained but pool terrace never cleaned ) Lacked the basics eg salt pepper sugar toilet paper cleaning products hand soaps, tea towels. Ironing board but no iron. Advertised with maid service this never happened same dirty towels all week. Couch seating area missing some of the back cushions so only seated 2. Toilet doors didn't lock. We rented a villa to chill.and use the pool area most days bur couldn't.

From the many villas to choose from in Lanzarote. This villa caught my attention and so did it for my family. Once here we were convinced that we made a perfect choice. the villa was ready to receive us in the sense of cleanliness, comfort and luxury. Even the outside seating and the poolside felt comfy. No doubt that previous guests had a good experience. Sunset and sunrise were like a silent movie that passed before our eyes. Such a beauty that nature can offer. Adding to that, the seashore with sea birds flying around searching for fish brought us happy moments by filming the scene. Please be advised that a well planned holiday will offer you 100% enjoyment.

The villa is lovely could do with a little painting, it’s in a lovely quiet area easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful holiday and would return to the villa again. I have recommended it to all my family and friends. We even tried to book it again for next June but it was booked out. I look forward to staying here again
