A fab little villa in a good location

We loved our recent stay. The villa was lovely and clean. The outdoor area was nice with pool and table tennis, however the bottom of the pool could do with an extra clean.

Secluded but close to everything

Nicely set up property with nearly everything you would want or need, one or two minor faults within the property but most likely to have been identified by the management prior to our stay, we will definitely book again and have added this to our family What's App group.

My stay in this villa was amazingit felt like a spa treatment! The villa is very spacious yet very cozy. I really liked the architecture and style of the house as well. The inside and pool area were very clean and the perfect place to relax for my holiday. The location is also very great as its close to a beautiful beach, shops, and restaurants.

A villa that felt like home

This was a lovely little villa in a gated site at the top of Puerto del Carmen. It served us well (4 adults and 2 little ones) and allowed us good access to every part of the town. The pool and pool table were great for when an early morning swim was on the cards or a lazy afternoon. Shops, including a couple of supermarkets, are just a couple of minutes walk away for supplies and the beach is only about 15 minutes (even with a 5 year old). It's worth noting that Puerto del Carmen is quite steep and being that the villa is at the top, walks back can feel like a good workout (nothing an ice cream and a sit by the pool can't remedy).

Villa Jullianne 4 2023

The property was pretty much as described, although it is starting to show its age. The property internally was spotlessly clean, as was the outside, however there was a lot of dirt in the bottom of the pool. Several windy nights blew alot of paint flakes off the walls of the property which added to the debris in the pool. The cleaner was in twice during the week to clean this but it was an uphill battle unfortunately. There were a few minor issues internally. The air conditioning leaked on the bed in the main bedroom and soaked all the pillows and there is an issue with the cistern constantly filling and very noisy at night. Outside the pool table is practically unplayable as there was several rips in the cloth and its best days are long behind it. If the few minor niggles were fixed, then i would definitely return to this property in the future, as we had a nice relaxing break here.

Family holiday

I’d like to start by thanking the property management for being so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble & they ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The property needs a little maintenance, but as soon as we reported the issue, it was sorted. The villa is spacious, clean & has home from home amenities. All I would gripe about is the address on the internet isn’t where you’ll be dropped off, it’s about 100yrds away. The villa is slightly set back off the road & when we ordered takeaway, we had to go out on the road to collect it as they were going 100yards away to another property. But it was no issue once we knew. I’d definitely return to this villa. Lidl is 10min walk away, make sure you buy your own washing supplies and dishwasher detergent. All white goods have clear instructions on how to use them. Walking to the strip was a downhill walk about 15-20min away steady pace. The shopping mall is close, again up & down hill. We loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend

Excellent stay

Just returned from an excellent stay at this property. Really enjoyed the villa and enjoyed the use of the pool, table tennis and pool table in the back garden. Would stay here again.

Excellent villa

Lovely villa in nice area with everything close by. No issues at all. Only issue was there was nothing to clean pool with and after 4 days the pool was dirty. Would definitely return

Perfect location and everything you need for a fab stay

We were a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 small children and we had an amazing time at the villa. The table tennis table and pool table were used daily (though if I was really picky the pool table had strips of Sellotape on to cover tears, so if you are a pro it might effect your game) but it didn't bother us. The villa is nicely equipped with everything you need. We borrowed a high chair and play pen which were very useful. The harbour is a 10 minute walk and the strip also. There is a market on a Friday at the harbour. There is also a lidl a 2 minute walk from the villa. The biosfera centre is close by too and worth a visit. All in all we had a fab time and would return to this villa again. Thank you to the owners for thinking of everything.

First visit to Lanzarote

What a great first visit to Lanzarote. Superb weather and a fantastic apartment. We had everything we needed from our own pool to a pool table, table tennis table and air con units in all the bedrooms. This was a superb holiday and we will certainly be back again. We will also recommend Agni Travel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time. The ladies enjoyed the sunbeds whilst the men played table tennis & pool for hours! We all slept well, comfortable beds, nicely air conditioned. It was a shame to leave!

Villa was lovely. Pool was a decent size and we enjoyed playing the pool table. The upstairs is nice for couples as feels like you have your own apartment. The area is nice and quiet and has a Lidl supermarket 5 minute walk away which has cheap prices for grocery shopping.The main strip is around ten minute walk away. It is a fair walk back if you go far down the strip but the taxi are so cheap like 3-4 euro back to the villa. Rancho Texas park is a good day out, we swam with the sea lions. It is a 5 minute drive from the villa. I would recommend the villa but maybe not for small children as pool is too deep for them.
