Luxury 6 Bed 6 Bath Villa sleeps 14 people with private salt water pool and 2 hot tubs.
This villa is ideal for large and/or extended Families, 2 Families or groups holidaying together.
The villa comprises 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms including an adjoining, yet separate, luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom self contained apartment on the first floor, all with panoramic sea and mountain views from all areas, and located on the islands most sought after and premium location.

A superb villa in a prime location with all amenities on hand. This superbly luxurious and spacious villa consists of 6 spacious bedrooms, on two floors all fully air conditioned to keep you cool during those warm nights. Four bedrooms have king beds, and two bedrooms have twin beds, and 2 full size easy fold single bed settees.  

The architecturally designed high specification home has been designed so that all bedroom and living areas have bathrooms very close-by. This modern tastefully designed and appointed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large and or extended families and groups of friends holidaying together. Satellite TV with large flat screen TV's, including BBC. ITV channel 4 etc.
Free Wifi is included. The villa has 2 separate fully equipped modern kitchens with granite surfaces and 2 separate utility room/drying areas. Relax and enjoy the large and spacious private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers, salt water pool and 2 large hot tub Jacuzzi,  soothing away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage. Enjoy a swim in the salt water pool and later dine by moonlight on either the ground and/or first floor Sun terrace and dining areas, all of which overlook the harbor with incredible sea and mountain views providing that special 'al fresco' experience.
For all peak demand dates, the rate is as posted €2840 per week for, from 2 people, or up to 10 people maximum utilizing the 4 bedrooms of the ground floor villa only. The full property 6 bedroom rate including the first floor 2 bedroom self contained luxury apartment is €4200 per week for up to a maximum of 14 occupants. This is the actual rate whether for 2 people or up to 14 people maximum.
The Vrbo pricing structure does not allow the rate to be adjusted for the peak rate bands, therefore please submit a reservation request and the quote will be adjusted to the correct peak demand rate..
To clarify & confirm, once we receive the reservation request, the extra people addition will be removed and the rate will be corrected to the accurate peak demand rate.
For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the lowest seasonal dates, the minimum 1 bedroom rate for the ground floor villa is €1185. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1485, the 3 bedroom rate is €1785 and the 4 bedroom rate over said dates €2085.

The rate for the self contained 1st floor luxury 2 bedroom apartment is €1185 per week over any low season dates, while the high season peak demand date rate is €1440 per week, please do not hesitate to inquire for a 1 person, 2 person or 3 person rate.
Please kindly note that all of the above owner quoted rates will be subject to website fees and booking charges which are extra.

The location was awesome! We were able to walk every where. We only used a cab a few times. Shirley responded to questions in a timely manner. The property was clean and had great views of the water. I would definitely stay there again.

Versatile accommodation in a good position

We were an extended family group of 11 people and this villa (which really consists of three separate and linked spaces) provided a good solution for us. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed. It is about ten minutes walk from the Puerto del Carmen port area and about 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach. It is also easy to reach the main roads or large supermarkets nearby if you have a car. We did not use the hot tubs or the private pool but they seemed to be in good condition. Sometime the hot water ran out but this was not a persistent problem.

My Husband, Children and I have been to Lanzarote twice a year for the past 15 years and have always skipped between renting 3 favourite villas only, all 3 bedroom villas. This time because our grown up kids and our Grandkids decided to come along, (we numbered 10 adults 2 teenagers and 2 infants) we opted and decided to book this larger villa. I'll keep this short and sweet, in 15 years of visiting the island, this was the best holiday we have ever had on Lanzarote, this was the best villa, with the best amenities in the best location...we were totes bowled over....need I say more, as for would we return.....yes, and that's a big YES, from all of us. Magnificent

Just back from a holiday in this magnificent villa! It can be a 3 bed, a 1 bed equipped with mini kitchen and ensuite. Up top, we had a fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath apt. All open into 1 huge villa. We took it all as there was 10 of us. My parents took the 1 bed which allowed them their own space away from the kids and with us if they wanted to be. My sister husband and their 2 kids took the top floor. Again having their own space but join us if they wished. Myself my husband and our 3 kids took the 3 bed section. Magnificent!! Heated pool, with a Jacuzzi top and bottom. Such attention to detail by the owner! I have seen some wonderful views in my time in Lanzarote, but this one beats it all! Unforgettable 40th anniversary...Quality

First time in Lanzarote and we loved it, sandy beaches, super walks, great food and restaurants, and the warm friendly welcome from all of the locals. This wonderful, perfectly laid out, luxury villa is situated in a great location, surrounded by views of the sea, mountain peaks and vast blue sky. When people speak of their dream of paradise, this is it....on steroids. A wonderful choice for a family reunion, in our case an anniversary setting with our adult Children and Grand kids, quality, and time that I hope to repeat. The property has the best ever views of the sea, the mountains and the other distant islands to the South, which are simply terrific, spectacular beyond belief, with lovely walks right at hand. We went for walks along the famous Cliff top walk way to Puerto Calero, we played golf in some fantastic courses, we swam in the sea. Sometimes we just sat on the huge Sun terrace by the poolside and did nothing at all, just quality. This would be a great place for groups, or for those wanting to get away from it all. It would also appeal to families as there is so much to do, whatever your age or your interests. Golfing, Surfing, Riding, Fishing, or Touring ... enjoying superb food and … the list goes on, we did it all. The villa itself is very very comfortable, real luxury, with large open spaces and of course, from everywhere within, the most beautiful views over the sea, we all had a most wonderful holiday together and have all agreed, that we will return here in the not too distant future. Terrific, Jaw Dropping Property

The pictures of the place are nice online, but seeing with our own eyes was incredible. Jaw dropping is literally what happened from the second we walked in to this terrific villa. Then we all ran around the property saying, "OMG! Look at this! Look at this!" While we had viewed the pictures on-line many times, it is so much more stunning in person. It is a gorgeous property that is beautifully maintained both inside and out. The villa perfectly fits 14 people comfortably. The annexe was ideal for my nephew and his wife and the first floor couldn't have worked out better for the teenagers and kids. The salt-water pool and both hot-tubs were thoroughly enjoyed, and the views were simply priceless, we all found it very hard to leave, and regretted we hadn't booked for longer but can't wait to come back. Everything we needed and more was in this beautiful home. Both Christine the owner and Adrianne the property manager were consistently responsive to questions, calls and any of our needs while we planned our visit or stayed in the home and could not have been more friendly or helpful. We will definitely come back here to Lanzarote again and we will certainly stay here, or at any property they own and manage, it's got to be a very high standard, very professional yet clearly very decent people. What an amazing property! Absolutely the most amazing place I have ever stayed! The property has a heated pool, 2 hot tubs. All the bedrooms are appointed with the most comfortable beds and fine linens. Everything about it is top notch. I had read all the reviews before we went and I was not disappointed. If you wanted a home away form home in one of the nicest areas of Lanzarote you couldn't ask for anything more. We stayed at the villa for a week with two other families, close friends, 12 people in total. When we arrived we were met by the local property manager, Adrienne. You could tell she loved her job as she showed us around all of the awesome amenities. She and her husband Peter, were available throughout the week as well for any questions, issues, and or suggestions... she was our own personal concierge, and did an awesome job at it! As for the villa, well... wow, where do you start? It's rare to find properties that live up to the marketing hype... But, I can tell you this property far exceeds it! First of all it's massive! Enough room for all of us and more... the kids stayed in the self contained apartment and the adults stayed in the main house. The bedrooms are fantastic and so are the bathrooms. The beds had the best mattresses I have ever slept on. The kitchens were large and had everything you needed. The house comes with everything. We spent most of our time in the hot tub and pool area looking out over the sea and down into the harbor. It was very relaxing. There is not anything I can think of that we would change in this place. We will be back for sure. Everything about this place is first class. Amazing place! Thanks for a great week. Beautiful vistas & superb scenery. Exceptional

Our 2nd year at this villa with large group. Love it, space for all ages and interests to spread out and not be on top of each other. 2nd year we've done our company leadership planning here and it was perfect for the 11 of us in group. The house is an ideal venue. The property is so relaxing and accommodating that it allowed our team to devote the proper attention needed to have the most creative, focused, well planned meeting that we have ever had! Our team is now more aligned, cohesive and more excited than ever to tackle the priorities we've set for the new year. The entire property is first class and has all the amenities of a five star property. The home is so well supplied with facilities and activities that we hardly left the property. There are so many different areas inside and outside the house to work, meet, relax, hang out and have a fun time as a group. The team running the house was superb and made sure our every need was met. Everything you need is there and if you do need anything, the husband and wife management team, Peter & Adrianne were there to take care of it. She is the ambassador, and total rock star, and with a little help from Christine, they make sure the experience is one of a lifetime. A huge thanks to them for making our visit exceptional. Not a thing was missed. Service was outstanding. Beautiful vistas & superb scenery, worked ( didn't seem like it ), relaxed, chilled and slept like a baby. What more can I say - nothing! Great villa super location! Wonderful set up for our big group. What a New Years celebration!

We traveled down to Lanzarote with 6 couples for a week over Christmas/New Year. Having been there before you never know what you are going to get in terms of quality, convenience and location. However, this villa is exactly or even better than advertised, with superb amenities and facilities. It is the most ideal place for groups where you each want your own space but want to all be together, you can retreat to your Suite for privacy or hang by the pool or hot-tubs on the terraces with the gang! Great place to stay, and we even had all of the festive trimmings & decor! Centrally located to walk where the action is. The private pool area and grounds were great, offering privacy right in the center of it all! The 2 private hot-tubs with their amazing views, put it way over the top. Each room was nicely decorated and clean and fresh. For us on a short week, we didn't really need the 2 kitchens, eating most meals out, however it was a nice bonus. The location and proximity to the bar and restaurant scene is fantastic (but in a much more relaxed and reserved area of the Old Town with regards to noise). Not a single complaint we will absolutely stay here again on our next couples excursion to Lanzarote. Looking forward to the next visit! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place! The house is absolutely amazing!! Directly overlooking the ocean with the best views. The house has tons of privacy in both the front and the back yard. Everything in the house was top notch. TV with a ton of channels, thanks for the Christmas trees and decorations, 'twas like home from home,great ambience created, and better still, we won't have to take them down. Plenty of room all over. All 11 guys had plenty of room, loadsa bathrooms and great showers. The pool was fabulous and the 2 jacuzzi hot-tubs with ocean views were great. Plenty of space for everyone to lounge around and yet have their own space. The house is very well located. Best part we got to play the courses and never had to pack up once, the weather was incredible. Christine and her team are the most accommodating hosts I have ever dealt with. The pubs, restaurants and the supermarket are about a 1 minute walk, and the golf course is only 5 minutes drive. Which was a great 18 hole course. If you have a large number of people you will not find a better location in Lanzarote, our whole group loved the location and the house is first class, each of us has agreed to return for our next trip. when I grow up

Fabulous villa. When I grow up I'm gonna buy it. My children and their partners had the bright idea to rent this property to celebrate my 50th birthday. So, all of us got there, I was a little apprehensive, not knowing what to expect. My worries were unfounded, they couldn't have chosen better. This property has everything, total luxury, beautiful heated pool and hot-tubs, phenomenal views over the sea, as for inside the villa, every inch fantastic, very modern yet really felt like home. We had a really really super time very memorable. The Christmas trees and decorations on both floors and throughout were a great touch and were totally unexpected, made for a great atmosphere, and we did not want to leave, back to the cold and rain. We plan to return for our next break but especially next Christmas/New Year proper and for a longer stay. Many thanks from all of us to the owners Christine, and to the caretaker Adrienne. Home from home, but with sunshine!!

We have stayed in this villa 3 times over the past 18 months and it never fails to impress. We have been coming over to Lanzarote for the past 18 years and cannot find anywhere that could match this place. Everything about this villa is of a high standard from luxury accommodation & amenities, to location, cleanliness, and high standard facilities. Christine, Adrienne and Peter are helpful on all levels and this personal service makes you feel like you are home from home, but with sunshine!! I would and have recommended this villa to all of my family and friends, many of whom have booked this villa and all were delighted. I knew that I could recommend with confidence, they would not, frankly, could not be disappointed. Well done to someone who cares about customer service!! I will be booking again!!! What a lovely place

What a lovely place? We, (10 adults and 2 children ) spent 7 days here, and as I am writing this review I feel homesick. A super delux home with everything anyone would need for a fabulous holiday in the beautiful weather of Lanzarote. It doesn't require a car. Everything is within a short walk. The accommodation was luxurious and very large, spotlessly clean and very well maintained to a high standard. When I did have an issue, I directly spoke to Pete and Adriane the property managers and it was resolved immediately or sooner. It is much better than described in the advertisement, but it is even more beautiful when you get the chance to live in it. A good sized heated pool and 2 hot-tubs, one on each floor, which we all enjoyed for the duration of our holiday, right up until the last minute before we had to leave for the airport. There is also 3 separate showers in the pool and hot-tub areas. It is a nice addition and was very useful to us, the views are superb, priceless. There is a dining table inside the house, and another set of seats on the fabulous terrace overlooking the harbor. All was on regular use by my family. It can easily accommodate 14 people with very comfortable beds, two very well equipped kitchens with everything needed to enjoy the most delicious meals, we stayed in and cooked at home for most nights during the holiday except one, it was so much easier and nicer to cook in the villa and enjoy our family being together, as opposed to trying to get seats together in a restaurant for our large group, too much hassle, why be bothered. everybody had a great time really enjoyed Thank you, assuredly we will return again. Would recommend this house, the bees knees. Had an amazing 7 nights here. There were 14 of us and everyone enjoyed the big space and each other, great fun. House was fab, huge, luxurious and ideal for our large group, could easily accommodate more. Sitting out on the Sun soaked terraces or patios for breakfast or at any time of the day was excellent and watching both the Sun rises and the Sun sets from it, with the beautiful sea and mountain views in the background was wonderful. Relaxing with all the sky channels in the evening with a beer or 3 when the Sun set was a great wind down, or just chilling in the private pool or hot-tub, something else. High end furnishings and very comfy beds made for some great sleeps. The house is within easy walking distance, all on the flat of lovely restaurants, great pubs & a very good supermarket, and the beach is just a short walk too. The cats pyjamas, it has everything you'd ask for, pure luxury in a beautiful setting and great location. Will deffo come back, hasta la vista baby! Fred King

Fantastic property

The villa was wonderful. It had everything we needed. Very clean. So many channels on t.v. Fantastic property thru & thru, like a home from home. Everything you could want & more from a beautiful villa. All 14 adults and kids loved everything about our stay. The Owners and Management Company were very helpful and were very prompt with questions from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone. The villa is in a quiet part of the old town and a few mins walk to either the main strip or the shops and restaurants of the old town. We are sad to be back home to the cold weather. We are planning on returning next year ! Jenni Cairns

My husband and I rented this home for us to host 14 members of our family while traveling to Lanzarote to celebrate the week of our Daughters engagement. This beautiful home is absolutely magnificent, accommodating, tastefully appointed and completely outfitted in all aspects with nothing spared. We did not lack for a single item. We were all so extremely pleased with the space and beauty of this home, its accommodating amenities and idyllic setting. We watched the sunset almost every evening from the beautiful Sun terraces which offered incredibly beautiful and unobstructed ocean and mountain views. We could not have loved this place more nor asked for anything more!. Every conceivable space is well thought out including the bedrooms and the bedding itself is top notch. There is only one regret, we should have taken it for 2 weeks! We hope to enjoy this wonderful home again very soon when we return to Lanzarote and this beautiful location, again with our extended Family and good Friends, we are so looking forward to our next stay. Kind thanks to the owner Christine for being so helpful, friendly and accommodating to us all. Your arrangements were fantastic and we owe you a debt of gratitude, sincerely. During the end of October and into early November 2018, my Husband and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary in Lanzarote, along with our children and grandchildren -- 13 of us in all. The villa was perfect and easily accommodated eight adults and five children, ages 11 to 18, in great comfort. The children and teenagers had the upstairs to themselves, and with its hot-tub & sun-terraces, the upstairs 2nd kitchen and living area they enjoyed for the most part being self sufficient. The whole villa is open and spacious, very comfortable and extremely well designed and equipped with every feature and modern gadget. Having two large living areas and 2 full kitchens, the kids and adults could have a good time without being on top of each other. An adult ( or the kids ) could always find a quiet space when needed. We found the interior of the villa to be much larger than pictured, and agreed that the pictures do not in any way do it justice. The children played and had great fun in the large pool and everyone enjoyed the hot tubs under the stars and especially with the spooky Halloween moon lighting up the clear night skies as we overlooked the sea, it was great. The villa is in a fantastic location and an easy 1 minute walk to some lovely restaurants or supermarket to pick up groceries or other necessities and the younger generation enjoyed the pubs which are nearby also, the walk was all on one level, very convenient and handy. We particularly enjoyed dinner at Marios ( 50 yards away ), very reasonably priced, the food and service was excellent and the staff very friendly, so much so that we as a group, ate there three times during our week. Overall, we had a most delightful time and a very memorable and thoroughly enjoyable holiday at this superb villa, and we all agreed that we would love to return. Peter & his wife Adrianne, the caretakers, were very kind, helpful and available whenever we called or needed them. Christine was very friendly, warm and helpful with her advice and recommendations, and she and her lovely villa were perfect for helping us to enjoy every moment of our holiday from start to finish. large airy and spacious, luxuriously appointed

Excellent villa, large airy and spacious, luxuriously appointed holiday villa furnished in great style. Great swimming pool and not one, but 2 hot-tubs, pure luxury. The pool and hot-tubs were very well maintained and cleaned 4 times during our stay. The villa is ideally situated in a nice quiet place, lovely neighbourhood, very close to some excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets, butchers shop etc.The beach was just 3 minutes easy walk. Beautiful vistas of the harbor, sea and the mountains from almost all rooms and especially from the ground floor sun terraces and first floor sun terraces, the location simply doesn't come better. The owner is extremely flexible and very helpful and has a great team on the ground to help in every way, a lamp had blown in one of the ensuite bathrooms, leaving it very dim, when we told the owner, it was changed within the hour excellent service. Puerto Del Carmen is a lovely place to stay which suited us just fine and this villa was perfect for our large group of 14. We can highly recommend this villa and would love to come again.
