Summer Holiday stay in our Menorca Villa Call en Bosch

My overall impression of the stay is a bit of a mixed bag whilst the villa itself was okay and situated in a great location. I was disappointed that some of my requested requirements for the stay were overlooked, and all the information listed regarding the property was not all as stated. I requested a villa with air conditioning throughout the entire property, which had been confirmed to me. Upon our arrival at the property, we discovered that only the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning, of which only two rooms were working, the two twin rooms to be exact. The aircon in the main room was not working, and after we reported this, the engineer arrived two days later than originally scheduled. We had already spent a week on the property. Needless to say, the house itself was like a Furness as there was no air conditioning in the lounge area or kitchen. Needless to say, this did spoil our stay somewhat, but we did manage to survive. The pool was great!

We spend our holidays in this house for several times. Every time, its like coming home. We love the house and the location. The Villa Juana was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (around the BBQ and pool)! We had a great time there and we were amazed by how lovely are Cala Blanca and Ciutadella de Menorca (both are reachable within a short 10-15 minutes driving). We took several trips to Platja de Son Xoriguer and Platja de Son Saura. Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall impression... Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our holidays.

Had an amazing 2-week stay at Villa Juana. We have stayed in Menorca for the last 8 years and love the location of the villa and the area we tend to stay at. The villa its self well equipped with everything you will need, and situated in a nice quiet location, near to almost everything (beach, restaurants, shops). Nice and cozy bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable too. The outside area is spacious with good size pool. Within a short walk(2-5min) from the main street and across you will pass by a selection of good eating places and bars. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. While there we visited Cala Blanca, Son Blanc and Ciutadella de Menorca a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Platja de Son Xoriguer and Platja Son Saura beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall a perfect villa and to us also a perfect location, we loved it and we will be back for 2 weeks next year.

The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! Everyone in Cala en Bosch was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Cala Blanca and Ciutadella de Menorca, and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with Agni again for next year.

Great location, near to almost everything.Just what we look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and private. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and private. Villa Juana had a spacious terrace and a nice pool and BBQ area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends...Nice and friendly people in Cala en Bosch. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Cala Blanca and Ciutadella de Menorca and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Spanish specialties there. Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the location and the quiet neighborhood. Villa Juana was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and nice beddings. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful location only a 10-minute walk from the bustling center of Cala en Bosch which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Cala en Bosch and Platja de Son Xoriguer/Cala Son Xoriguer beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Cala en Bosch and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

The pool was excellent and cleaned regularly. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and we loved sitting out on the terrace. If you want a beach holiday, everything you need is here, but if you have a car youre within easy reach of many other resorts to the north and south of the island. As described the villa was only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Agni Travel staff were very friendly and didnt make me feel foolish when I was asking silly questions.
