(OVER 24 m2) Studio apartment consisting of bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and windows with partial sea view where it is also possible to admire the small external garden. It is located on the ground floor, and is accessed from the main entrance of the building passing in front of the reception. The apartment is perfect for a couple. From the main terrace you can reach the beach directly with the lift or external stairs.
FROM 21.06.2025 TO 13.09.2025 WE ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED). IN SPECIAL CASES PLEASE CONTACT THE STRUCTURE DIRECTLY (3498482199).
Smoking is allowed outside the apartment. Pets are allowed only in some apartments to be evaluated at the time of booking and by paying a supplement. Check-in is from 4.00pm to 8.00pm (unless otherwise agreed) Check-out is no later than 10.00am (unless otherwise agreed)
