This cozy one-bedroom apartment in Carvoeiro might be just what you need. Located on the first floor, it offers stunning sea views and is just a short stroll to the beautiful Centeanes beach. Please note that access to the first floor requires taking a few stairs. You’re only 20 meters from the dramatic cliffs and the famous Seven Hanging Valleys trail—perfect for morning walks or sunset views.



Inside, there’s a comfy double bed in the main bedroom, plus an extra bed in a small nook just off the bedroom, great for kids. The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area makes it easy to relax or cook up a meal after a day at the beach. The sofa in the lounge can also be converted into a sofa bed (1.40m x 2.00m), providing additional sleeping space. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower.



Up a few steps, you’ll find a private roof terrace with outdoor furniture—perfect for al fresco dining or soaking up the sun. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, so everything you need is right on your doorstep.

Great apartment equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. What made this apartment perfect for us was the roof terrace with a seaview. There is a small supermarket a short walk away and a couple of restaurants, but you will need a cartaxi to go into town.

Beautiful location.

The location is perfect for long walks along the beautiful coastline , good restaurants on walking distance and of course the sights from the rooftop . Some blinds in the livingroom for the sun .

Fantastic apartment - the most well set up yet - like being in someone’s home - lovely wine glasses, full size fridge - great for self catering which is worthwhile as the terrace has such beautiful views and is so private in the evenings. A 5 minute walk to what we decided was the best beach on the Algarve. At 10am the sun loungers and umbrellas are out for 15 euro - well worth it! The water crystal clear and cooling. Loved our stay. Most comfortable bed we have slept in. Very responsive host. Umbrella on terrace replaced! Thank you Katherine! Leisa and Duncan, NZ

The place looks the same as the photos. The roof terrace is definitely the highlight. Just a few meters behind the house you are already on a hiking trail and can walk along the sea. Communication with the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the time there very much!

great and well equipped roof terrace with beautiful views of the beautiful ocean!! very quiet area where we relaxed very quickly, we only heard the birds and ocean. lovely beach within walking distance and beautiful surroundings for hiking and relaxing. inside I did miss some more daylight, light and openness, but everything is present and it was very comfortable and tidy. we had a great stay and will most definitely be back !! thank you

The appartment is very cozy , inside is everything you need The rooftop is the extra special , it is big with a lot of seats and sunbeds , the look to the oceaan is great . We spent a lot of time there , having breakfast , and barbeque , spent evenings look at the sunset , stars , moon and the fishing boats with there colered lights . Direct from the appartment you can make beautiful walks to al the bays , cliffs and Carvoeiro . And also near to good restaurants like Pashmina and of course our favorite Jardim do Farol wiyh there friendly people . It was our fifth stay in Vale de Centeanes and the second time in this appartment , we will certainly come back

We had very good stay at the apartment. It looked like we used our friends accommodation, because you can expect to have everything there. There are not only basic staff, but extra little things which you can only find in someone's house, including pizza cutter, salt, tea, seasoning, cooking oil, cooking thermometer, kitchen towels etc. Very lovely accommodation and in good location. We are family of 4 and all had plenty space there. Highly recommended for families with children who can walk about 15-20 minutes on their own, because there's a bit of a distance to the beach or local bars and restaurants (I don't take into consideration local SPAR and Italian restaurant about 2-3 minutes away. There are some bars there ad well, but we didn’t like the atmosphere there). There's also a car park not far from the house. A map or directions for bins where to take rubbish. To employ enough meintenance staff or get a cover from the agency for summer months. I had to contact twice by phone and sent an email to get airconditioner fixed. To leave some coal and fuel for barbecue. Instead of a bottle of wine, please, leave a litter bottle of a local beer (e.g. Super Bock) in the fridge.

Nous avons eu un séjour fantastique grâce à l’incroyable terrasse qui a une vue à couper le souffle. Le logement est bien situé, calme avec accès facile à la plage et commerces. La communication avec Katherine était parfaite. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Wir haben zu dritt ein paar Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht – und es war wirklich perfekt! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, super gepflegt und toll eingerichtet und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Es ist alles wirklich genauso, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Besonders die große Dachterrasse mit weitem Ausblick – der ideale Ort, um zu frühstücken oder abends zu entspannen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass für unsere späte Anreise sogar gekühltes Wasser bereitgestellt wurde - vielen Dank dafür. Waschmaschinen und Spülmaschinentabs waren auch vorhanden. Die Gegend war angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten – und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Strand und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in wenigen Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wij hebben het huis gekozen vanwege het dakterras en dat was ook fantastisch! Uitzicht op zee en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van wat restaurants en een kleine Spar. Handig voor warme broodjes in de ochtend. Het huis is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden het bed alleen veel te zacht en de inrichting mag wel wat ‘geüpdate’ worden, maar niettemin super schoon!

Une arrivée difficile

Venant de France, après 1700 km de route en voiture pour arriver à la location, aucune personne pour nous accueillir. Etonnés car ayant loué par Abritel nous pensions au moins pouvoir contacter la propriétaire. Il faisait 45 degrés à l'ombre! Nous n'avions pas de réseau internet sur nos téléphones et l'agence Elite nous a demandé de renvoyer des documents par internet pour qu'elle puisse nous expliquer la procédure pour intégrer notre logement. Sans réseau impossible!!! Finalement apès mults péripéties nous avons pu découvrir notre logement, heureusement très agréable ...Il est dommage que de plus en plus par Abritel des agences gèrent les location. Nous aimions bien le contact avec les propriétaires des locations, plus sympa....
