From this large pet-friendly holiday home you will be spoilt with the selection of country walks which you can explore with your beloved dog on your next Irish holiday in Ireland.

Boherbue Holiday Home has a large country style kitchen and it is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This countryside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably:

-Large living area with satellite TV, DVD player and an additional open fire

1. Heating and Electricity:

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.

If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:

‱Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.

‱Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Comfortable and spacious house

We really enjoyed yet another stay in Boherbue holiday home. The house is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Eileen left some delicious treats. Spotty wifi - I had to work a few days and this was an issue and I had to go elsewhere to work. Would appreciate a better fiber connection.

Lovely stay

House and grounds very pretty, a little dated inside but warm and cosy. Bed a little bit uncomfortable for me as it was too hard. Handy for visiting Killarney. Great takeaway shop in Boherbue. Caretaker very friendly and showed us around on arrival.

Central location for Kerry & Cork activities

There'll be no walking home from the local pub. The house is out in the country. But otherwise, an excellent property, and a good base from which to explore sites and places in Kerry & West Cork. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in quiet location

Well appointed and practical stay in a quiet spot close to Boherbue. Six adults and two children had more than enough space and privacy. Everything we needed was on site and Eileen, who manages the property, gave us a warm welcome and was responsive for any questions. Would very happily stay again. Hooks on the doors, especially in bathroom would be useful. Pillows are a bit flat. Some utensils are tired and knives need replacing or resharpening.

Great break in Boherbue

We had a great time. Eileen our host was very welcoming and the house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It is a great location to get to many places like Killarney, Kinsale, Tralee, Limerick and Cork City. Due to the house being old with wooden floors, stairs (no carpet) and pine presses...there was a lot of noise and creaking. A good squirt of WD-40 in all doors and handles would be a great improvement especially for families with small children that need to nap.

Great holiday house

We liked everything about this house. Our host, Eileen, gave us a very warm welcome. The home made bread, apple tart, milk, juice and butter was a really nice touch. The house is very spacious and the garden is huge. It is very well equipped. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Eileen for being a wonderful host.
