Private swimming pool (30m2) of an outstanding design and style (1m to 1.5m max depth) with salt water(no chemical) and jacuzzi, shower and sun lounger offers all you need to relax during a hot sunny day. Next to the pool is a traditional stone built barbecue with a fully equipped kitchen, large table and chairs for the guests to enjoy local delicacies.
This comfortable and private maisonette of 120m2 can accommodate up to 6- 7 people.

Ground floor has an open plan kitchen with dinning area and a sitting area with a traditional Lefkadian fireplace that leads to a shaded balcony . The kitchen is fully equipped. A flourishing garden is abundant with olives and oranges trees, palm trees , cedar, geraniums and other seasonal plants.
First floor has three bedrooms and two bathroom (bathtub with additional shower fittings). Master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view over the Ionian sea. Second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joint together to form a double bed. Third bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom.
