Modern holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located on a large natural plot on the edge of the holiday home area by Grønhøj Strand, which has one of Northern Europe's very best bathing beaches, which stretches for miles with fine, white sand and high dunes. The cottage was built in 2019, bright and spacious, top-insulated and very well-appointed with activity rooms with i.a. darts, billiards, table tennis and air hockey. The house is modernly furnished and decorated, so a cozy atmosphere is created. The large windows, the wood stove and the high insulation mean that you can expect a lower energy consumption in the house. The living room is in open connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a 2-person whirlpool and access to the sauna with music and a guest toilet with shower. There are three bedrooms with closet space. Lovely terrace where you can always find shelter, sun or shade. The plot is a flat natural plot, which can be used for play with the children and fun around the grill. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
