Not as good as it could have been, unfortunately.
Apartment, in a pleasant & convenient part of Old Town, was easy to find and Felipe provided the key code etc in good time. The living and eating areas were very clean & well presented. Kitchen was excellent and well equipped (but the frying pan could do with replacing). Otherwise, the implements were excellent and plentiful. There is a dishwasher and washing machine which could be useful. The bedroom was large and bed good but did creak on moving. The bathroom was a good size but was let down by a lot of black mouldy areas on tiles, and a musty smell. We're surprised other reviews did not mention it. This is obviously due to the lack of aeration as the extractor is not strong enough, nor is there an opening window to use. Unfortunately, the upstairs apartment did create some noise (creaking & heavy walking) when moving around; at 6am it is inconvenient. Obviously, this could not be the fault of Felipe. Our other disappointment was that a building 30 metres away along the road was being demolished for 4 of the 6 days of our stay! It was very noisy from 8am. According to the notices on the building this should have been known since April. Notices had also been stuck to the apartment. We had to make detours to the apartment as the access roads were cordoned off. We would have appreciated being informed of the demolition as it did spoil our stay somewhat. It was a real shame.
