The splendid Villa Angioletta consists of approximately 300 square meters and sits in an enviable location directly overlooking the sea with gardens and private access directly to the beach below. Close by a mere 100 meters from the pedestrian entrance to the cycle path which extends for many miles.
The villa is arranged on 2 floors with magnificent views from the large panoramic windows. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also an enclosed garden. BBQ and sun loungers all around.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all the modern conveniences and a large living room comfortably furnished with sofas TV and a dining table. The ground floor is surrounded by an arched logia where one can sit quietly enjoying the sound of the waves or simply enjoy the shade while enjoying your meal. Villa Angioletta really is in the most tranquil of settings yet so close to all the local amenities and is ideal for both adults and children.

Bedroom1 with double bed with bathroom
Bedroom 2 with to single beds and a bathroom
Bedroom 3 with two single beds which, can become a double.
Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds located under the logia with bathroom
The house is equipped with split for both air conditioning and hot air the villa is nature s friend thanks to its pump that produces energy-saving and zero-emission hot water.
The house has 2 private parking spaceThe Angioletta is located under the via Aurelia, and can be reached via an internal staircase, so the only sound that will be the protagonist of your holidays will be the sea
Villa Angioletta is located at the Piani di Cipressa on the Via Aurelia located directly on the sea.Located between San Lorenzo al Mare and Santo Stefano al Mare . San Lorenzo al Mare is only 2,5 km reachable from cycle and walking path with pedestrian entrance just 100 meters from the villa. In the village you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops and beautiful sandy beaches in the village you can rent bikes.
