Clean, comfortable, convenient home base

Casa Marta was a perfect home base for exploring the many beaches around Orosei. Claudio was an exceptional host, meeting us timely for check in, reviewing the particulars of the house, and providing great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and outings. He was very responsive to any questions or needs (even dropping off an extra fan at our request).The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially considering we were there during a particularly hot spell. The upstairs stayed cool during the day with the storm shutters closed and cooled quickly in the evenings with the breeze (screens helped keep any bugs at bay, though we saw few). The heat pump AC in the downstairs provided a cool respite when we returned from the beaches on the afternoons. Kitchen was well appointed, the beds and living room were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie im Juli 2025 12 Tage im Casa Marta verbracht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Etwas weiter weg vom Trubel der Costa Smeralda und San Teodoro aber die Strände in der näheren Umgebung (5-30min Autofahrt) waren teilweise auch malerisch schön und nicht überlaufen. Der Ort Orosei hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß. Als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge (z.B. Buchten des Golf von Orosei, Schlucht Goruppu) liegt die Wohnung auch sehr gut. Vermieter Claudio ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und wir konnten immer alles fragen. Die Casa selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Allerdings war die obere Etage mit den Schlafräumen nicht klimatisiert, so dass es über den Tag doch sehr warm dort wurde. Abends konnte man dann gut durchlüften. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Appartement

Der Besitzer Claudio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die 2-Stöckige Wohnung ist geräumig. Die Balkone gegen hinten und vorne bieten je nach Tageszeit Schatten. Die Aussicht auf den kleinen Park mit den Olivenbäumen oder zu den Bergen ist wunderschön. Ob zu zweit oder als Familie mit Kinder, diese Location ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren

Schöne Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Super freundlicher Vermieter, immer Hilfsbereit und ständig zu erreichen.Dierekt an der SS 125, tolle Motorradstrecke etwas weit zum Meer, ca 50 Minuten zu laufen.Gut gelegen auch für Selbstversorger, alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Einfach Top.

Villetta a schiera posizionata in mezzo ad altre due. Con posto auto privato all'interno della proprietà. Su un lato affaccia su parco con ulivi. Su altro lato affaccia su piazzetta con altre villette a schiera prospicenti. Posizione molto tranquilla. Molto silenziosa. Molte villette sono abitate da gente del posto. La casa si articola su 2 piani, al 2° piano camere da letto. 2 bagni confortevoli. Apprezzate le zanzariere alle finestre. Buona la cucina, dotazione abbastanza completa. Proprietario molto cortese, corretto, disponibile. Obbligatoria auto per raggiungere le spiagge. Il centro del paese si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Altamente raccomandata.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Ideal für eine Familie. Der Garten ist etwas schlicht, aber es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht den Pizza-Ofen zu benutzen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Claudio et Piera à notre arrivée. Leur maison est située à 10 minutes à pied du centre, et à 10 minutes en voiture de la première plage Marina Di Orosei.On a eu le choix pour se garer devant la maison s'il restait de la place libre sinon dans la descente de la maison après le portail. Ce qui est un luxe à Orosei, surtout en pleine saison estivale. Ensuite la maison en elle même est spacieuse et très agréable,on s'y est senti bien tout de suite. Depuis le coin salon, on a pu profiter de la magnifique vue sur la montagne. Le coin cuisine est très fonctionnel. Le coin nuit à l'étage est aussi très spacieux avec ses trois chambres dont une parentale très grande. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 3 adolescents, chacun avait son espace, les deux salles de bain sont un grand atout 😉 Les balcons depuis les chambres plus la terrasse qui donne sur le jardin au premier étage nous ont permis de profiter de la vue et de l'extérieur à différents moments de la journée et du soir, c'était royal! Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter ! Merci à Claudio et Piera pour leur bienveillance, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion

Una vacanza all'insegna del relax senza mai rinunciare alla comodità...è stata una vera fortuna aver trovato una casa come quella di Claudio e Piera , host davvero fantastici e molto premurosi...attenti a tanti dettagli , abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza con pasticceria secca e bibite in fresco... ci hanno consigliato molto bene , la casa è molto spaziosa e cmq fresca, vicinissima a tutti le necessità, marina di Orosei dista poco e tante altre bellissime spiagge, che dire super consigliato!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Orosiei. Auch Dank der tollen Unterkunft. Alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, allein der viele Hundekot auf den Gehwegen hat etwas gestört. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, jederzeit per whatsApp erreichbar und wusste auf alles eine ANtwort. Einziger NAchteil: der Vermieter spricht wenig bis kein Englisch, ein wenig Italienischkenntnisse sind bei der Kommunikation von Vorteil.

La casa ideale...

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane ci ha soddisfatti pienamente: ben tenuta, con comodo parcheggio privato, vicino alle spiagge bellissime di Orosei e alla cittadina relativa, in una zona ideale per chi cerca pace e relax una volta rientrati dal mare. Claudio si è dimostrato ottimo proprietario disponibile a suggerimenti e consigli molto utili per la vacanza. Anche se non climatizzata, la zona notte non ci ha mai fatto soffrire il caldo, anzi... Punto di forza sicuramente i due bagni, spazio barbecue per chi lo vuole usare, rifornita di tutto ciò che necessita per "vivere" l'abitazione. Che dire, un caro saluto a Claudio, ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto a trovarlo.

Une maison spacieuse et confortable

Maison spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la présence de moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres permettant de dormir fenêtre ouvertes car seul le rez-de-chaussée est climatisé. Des chaises sur la petite terrasse à l’arrière seraient un plus. A savoir : les draps et serviettes ne sont pas compris mais proposés moyennant un supplément. Parking aisé devant la maison ou avec possibilité de rentrer le véhicule dans la descente du garage.

Schöne Unterkunft in Orosei

Zentrum war zu Fuß gut erreichbar, nette Geste des Vermieterpaares war der mit einigen kostenlosen Getränken gefüllte Kühlschrank! Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, auf jeden Fsll weiterzuempfehlen!

Ottima soluzione

Siamo rimasti da subito colpiti dalla disponibilità e dalla gentilezza di Claudio e sua moglie, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare dell'acqua fresca in frigo, del pane carasau e una bottiglia di olio di loro produzione!!! Meglio di così non si poteva cominciare... La casa è veramente grande e super attrezzata (frigo, forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, wi-fi, phon, aria condizionata nella zona giorno, ventilatore nella stanza matrimoniale...), pulita e dotata di tutte le padelle/pentole per cucinare, non manca proprio nulla. La vicinanza al centro del paese (ca. 10 min a piedi) permette di lasciare l'automobile a casa (posto auto all'interno del cancello) per le uscite serali. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova un mini-market e poco più avanti una pescheria e una rosticceria. Per la spesa "grande" vi sono diversi supermercati, noi abbiamo utilizzato maggiormente il CRAI in Via del Mare. Claudio si è dimostrato molto disponibile (anche a tarda sera...) per risolvere piccoli inconvenienti, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Non possiamo che consigliare caldamente la sua casa. Grazie ancora di tutto.
