New residential complex Las Terrazas is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the south of the Tenerife island in the Sotavento area, close to one of the best natural beaches of the island - La Tejita (the beach is 300 meters far).There are two swimming pools and a paddle-tennis court (free of charge) on the large green territory. The underground parking is available. The complex is characterised by the high quality materials used in building construction and decoration.

Sotavento is an area of new residential complexes located between the fishing village of Los Abrigos and the town of El Medano, nearby the natural sand beach of La Tejita which is a part of Montana Roja National Park. There is a famous El Medano beach on the east side of the mountain which is considered to be the best place for windsurfing and kitesurfing: there are the annual world championships under the authority of PWA. Magnificent landscapes, especially sunsets, carefully preserved nature, clean ocean - all these things will fulfill your holiday away from the tourist center vanity. There is a new shopping center with a supermarket and a wide choice of restaurants and cafes has been built in the center of the area. There are also many shops and a hairdresser in the shopping center. There is a small park with a playground nearby. The neighboring Los Abrigos, which is 5 minutes away, is famous for its fish restaurants with a rich choice of fresh seafood.
