Uzumlu holiday lettings

Can’t praise this villa highly enough. So peaceful and relaxing, amazing views, Villa had everything you could need. Yusuf the owner could not have been more helpful, and even before we’d booked would respond immediately to any questions/messages. He brought a lovely bottle of wine when we first arrived and sat and had a drink with us in the beautiful pool area. His English is excellent. Kalkan is stunning, amazing rooftop restaurants with fabulous views. Can’t wait to come back to Kalkan, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else than in this villa. Perfect!

We were blown away by the listing and blown away by the property. It was the most perfect villa for us 5 chums and we never left during the day. Facilities were outstanding, water cooler, huge fridge, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need. Beautiful infinity pool which had spa jets. Local Taxis quick, easy and not expensive, 1700 lire to go down to the harbour to eat. Lots of 6 seater cabs, just mention the size when you book. Great local shop 200 yards up the hill who delivers. Special shout out to the Marina Restaurant. We ate there the first night, and they delivered us a meal at the villa mid week. All beautifully plated up. They came back in the morning to collect the plates which we left on the wall. Only point to note, this is not suitable if you have mobility problems. My mistake, I didn't notice the stairs into the villa and thought there was a bedroom on the ground floor. Two of our group have real problems with their mobility, so while they managed, it limited our vists out of the villa to just once a day. Kalkan in general is not great for anyone with mobility issues, in a wheelchair or unsteady on their feet. It is the most beautiful place, but it is incredibly hilly with paths and roads uneven. The restaurants are outstanding, food of the best quality and all very reasonably priced. Many of the restaurants were upstairs not great if you have mobility problems but the staff are a great help. 1000% recommend

Our stay at Kybele was just perfect. The villa itself has everything you could need and beautifully decorated with interesting art pieces, the kitchen has all equipment to prepare home meals and amazing rustic crockery but the gardens were what sold this villa and they did not disappont very magical in the evening and the views from the pool area hard to beat! Our host gunduz was extremely helpful and we knew was always around to help if needed but was not intrusive at all. We were able to explore kalkan and the surrounding areas to include beach clubs. Mountain restaurants. Saklikent gorge and gizlikent waterfall, patara beach and ruins, day bout trip, kas day out , orka waterworld at oludeniz and fethiye harbour but there is still so much to see and do so will definitely be planning a return trip and cannot wait to be back at villa kybele :)

We all had a fantastic holiday. The previous reviews were spot on. The villa was very spacious and comfotably accommodated us all. 8 including 2 children. Yusuf the friendly manager helped in providing water bottles and a private trip on a boat, he was on call for any help if you need it. There are many eating places in Kalkan but this vist we managed to utilised some of the places between the villa and the centre. All where very good. The supermarket is within a 5 min walk for all the essentials. I would gladly use this villa in the future if we return to Kalkan.

Perfect property lovely person, superb location

We had a lovely stay at this villa the views were beautiful, there were a few small shops/restaurants at walking distance. The parents of the owner live next door, very nice people and very helpful Kas is a 15min drive from the villa for shopping eating out etc it's the place to be, you can book paragliding, buggy rides, boat rides etc, marina is beautiful, with a pebble beach. The villa is out in the mountains i would definitely recommend hiring a car. As the villa is new there were a few minor issues, nothing that would stop you from enjoying your holiday. Cats and dogs are everywhere which I loved Patara beach was about half an hour away, Fethiye was about hour and a half to 2 hours away stunning beach with turquoise sea. There was so many places to visit, you won't get bored, the villa bedrooms have there own jacuzzi and en suite shower rooms, the sunset is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this villa to family and friends thank you to the owner Ecurment and his parents for all their help and hospitality . Hope to visit again soon

We really enjoyed this villa and the area as well. I cannot recommend it higher enough. We loved it so much that we have already rebooked it for next year.
