It is only possible to rent the house for 11 days or more.

Rentals from 7 to 10 days only on request.

Lovingly furnished villa for 6 persons, not far from the beach in Benissa.
The villa is fully furnished for 6 persons equipped with internet and Astra and terrestrial TV and air in sitting room and bedrooms.
The 3 bedrooms (ach with air) have double beds and flat screen televisions, the 2 bathrooms are modernly furnished and flooded with light. The largest en-suite bathroom is in the master bedroom.
Behind the house is a large sun terrace with the 9 x 4,5 meter private pool (and outdoor shower). To complete the holiday atmosphere and to enjoy the Mediterranean ambience there is an outdoor kitchen and dining area next to the house for outdoor cooking and eating.

In front of the house there is a parking space for 2 cars.
The well-known supermarket Pepe la Sal is about 700 metres away, all other shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The next bathing possibility in the bay of Baladrar is reachable in 3 to 4 minutes on foot, in the evening you can finish the day comfortably on the beach of Baladrar in the bar Chiringuito directly at the water.

Fantastic 2 weeks

Four of us had a fantastic stay in this property. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The pool and outdoor kitchen were brilliant. The location was great with the beach a short stroll with a superb beach bar/restaurant where we ate a few times. A couple of minor issues were dealt with straight away. All in all we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property.

Lovely villa with fantastic pool.

From enquiring about the villa to leaving, the communication with Daniela was fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villa itself was lovely. Clean, fantastic modern bathrooms, well equipped with a fantastic swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. All the local amenities are within easy reach, but you do need a car as there are very few paths to the beach and shops. The area is really nice with a choice of lovely quiet beaches, bars and restaurants. Our favourite beach was next to El Chamizo where there was free parking. Eating and drinking out is very expensive though, but I know nowhere is cheap anymore! We spent lots of time using the pool and moved drinks/equipment to the outdoor kitchen for convenience - such a great space. If I were to add anything to improve, it would be: Provide beach/pool towels as these take a lot of luggage space. Provide a couple of umbrellas to take to the beach, as the small coves have no shade, and umbrellas are not something you’d want to leave at the villa as they are expensive. A beach bag with plastic picnic equipment would also be good (we have had this in several villas we stayed in) to take food to the beach rather than have to buy lunch out. Have a couple of pool inflatables for guests to use as again these are expensive to buy. We bought a ball and bat/ball set that we left for future guests to enjoy. These are really only suggestions as I cannot fault anything at all! Thank you, Daniela for a wonderful holiday.

Sejour d'1 semaine fin décembre dans une région que nous connaissons déjà très bien et que nous aimons beaucoup. La maison est située le long de la route côtière, accès à la plage à pied mais environnement un peu bruyant. Les extérieurs de la maison manquent de charme et sont très bétonnés, pas d'arbre sur la terrasse, cela manque de verdure. L'intérieur est en parfait état et très bien équipé.

C...ette résidence manque d'un entretien régulier sur le matériel: Panne de la machine à laver le linge. Siège de cuisine d'été détérioré. Sèchoir de linge en très mauvais état.....

Fijn verblijf

Alles zoals geadverteerd. Keuken was voorzien van goede materialen en tegenover het verblijf was een leuk koffie tentje. Host was vriendelijk en meedenkend. Al met al top verblijf gehad!
