very enjoyable stay

The villa was excellent had everything we needed ,very clean ,large pool & lovely sitting areas , Every television programme you could want even outside .Very good air conditioning ,comfortable bedrooms ,large kitchen. Nice place ,quiet & relaxing , 5 mins to beach ,bars & restaurants. choice of supermarket also not too far away.{by car }.would go back.

Beautiful villa, perfect surroundings

This is a beautiful, clean property in secluded and quiet surroundings. It has everything you could need inside, along with a beautiful terrace and pool. We spent a wonderful few days poolside, enjoying the peace and surroundings. The beds were very comfy and the villa is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and spacious too. Have a wonderful stay.

Lovely home and management

Really enjoyed our time here. Property was very well maintained with many thoughtful touches to make guests feel more welcome. Beds were comfy, pool was great. We didn't realize the dryer would be locked but it was no problem for clothes to dry outside. Would definitely stay again and recommend this home when visiting Spain.

Wonderful holiday

Modern and well equipped villa - perfect for our family holiday. The grandaughters lived the pool and the well connected TV when they needed a rest from the sun. We have been staying aroubd Javea for c20 years and this is probably the best villa we have rented in this time. Thank you.

Fantastic week away

We had a great stay at the villa in July 2025. The property is well located in a scenic part of Javea, just a short drive from supermarkets, the Arenal and lots of bars & restaurants. The villa is modern and has everything you could need, a comfortable lounge and lots of places to sit outside whether you prefer sun or shade. Fantastic pool, great size and got plenty of use! One small downside for us was that our son found the mattress in the smaller bedroom not very comfortable - but it would likely be okay for a younger child / toddler. Great communication from owner & check in / out was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a chilled out and very comfortable stay in the sun.

Fantastic Villa

We had a relaxing two week break at your wonderful villa, despite the unfortunate awful weather. The villa cleanliness on arrival was superb; the villa has everything that you could possibly need and is decorated extremely tastefully. The location of the villa is fantastic, very peaceful; the only sounds heard were the goats and birds in the small holding near the villa. The management company were very helpful. We will definitely return in the future.

Prima Haus mit tollem Pool

Ein schönes gemütliches Haus mit einem großen Pool. Alles sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Überall Klimaanlage und in jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher. Die Betten waren gemütlich und es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Besitzer und die Verwalterin waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Perfect holiday home

A beautiful, well designed, well maintained villa in a beautiful setting. The villa is well laid out and furnished beautifully. It is immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The grounds and pool area are clean and tidy with lovely views to the rear. We love the Arenal and Port for strolling, drinking and eating; there is a plentiful and diverse number of restaurants and bars. Guadalest and the windmills are worth a visit We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

Perfect holiday home

This property is a little slice of heaven! The drive up from the main road to the property is a little offputting, especially when you arrive late at night but once you enter the grounds and villa that is all forgotten! The villa is immaculate; well laid out and well maintained. It is modern and stylish but also feels like a home from home. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The grounds and pool area are well kept and make the most of the views to the rear of the villa. There is a smallholding o the rear of the villa which means you are not overlooked and makes you feel more in the countryside. The Manager was there to greet us and gave us a full tour of the property, showing us which keys opened all the doors and gates. The property was absolutely perfect for our group and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We love the Arenal and port for strolling and of course eating and drinking but would recommend a visit to Guadalest and the windmills.

Perfect holiday getaway

Our stay in the villa was great, days spent by the pool which has stunning views , very peaceful and plenty of seating and sunloungers . Inside the villa is clean and spacious. The kitchen caterers very well for 6 people and there is double of everything, so we were never short and enjoyed some wonderful meals out on the terrace taking in the views and the October sunshine. I would definitely recommend this villa, enjoy.

Lovely villa in quiet location

This villa was amazing - everything was exactly as described and even more. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, a great pool, fantastic views. It was very quiet, about 1 hour from the airport, near to shops and the beach. You need a car to explore the area which is great. The beds were very comfy, like home from home. Idyllic setting for a peaceful holiday

We had a very peaceful and relaxing holiday at this lovely villa. It was well equipped with everything we needed and we really felt at home. My kids were well entertained with plenty of uK channels and an Xbox one for the times we made them get out of the pool and in from the midday sun and the air conditioning was a godsend. The location of the Villa is perfect, close enough to several large supermarkets, the beach, the port, the old town and an abundance of restaurants, but at the same time the immediate area is quiet and tranquil with a beautiful view. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and relax barbecuing at home and equally to those that want to experience some of the Spanish night life.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a nice quiet area of town, within easy reach of all amenities. Spotlessly clean on arrival and a lovely suntrap pool area. Definitely going to use this as a regular holiday home.

Lovely views and close to beaches

A lovely peaceful villa with everything you need for a holiday. Only five minutes by car from the Arenal and supermarkets yet it feels very countryside. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the pool was brilliant! We will be back!

We have been coming to Javea as a family for 15 years,and looked at lots of different locations,and this we fell in love with straight away. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of the arenal. This villa location, overlooking the valley was one of the best and quietest places to be in Javea.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The large south facing pool is in the sun all day, with lots of space around for sunbathing-also there is plenty of covered outside areas to escape the heat and sun. We have taken great pride in the presentation and upkeep of our villa, its a real home from home! We have very few houses on this,one of the smallest, urbanizations in Javea, and our house is in a cul de sac with no through traffic-cars or pedestrians! We only have 4 beautiful luxury houses/villas in our street. The villa is on a very large,private, 1.325m2 plot.
