このアパートメントは、2005年に建設された24のアパートメントの小さな階段状の複合施設であるResidence Chateau Vallayaの1階にあります。MentonのGaravan港の南側と西側を見下ろすL字型のパティオとプライベートガーデンがあります。ベッドルーム2室、ダブルエンスイート1室、シャワー室付きのツイン1室があります。 ホールの外に別のWCがあります。 セジュールから離れたキッチンには、大きな冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、食器洗い機、洗濯機、電子レンジ、電気オーブン、セラミックコンロがあります。 テレビ、DVD、Wi-Fi、CD付きラジオが付属しています。 すべてのタオル/ベッドリネン（ビーチタオルではない）が提供されています。 メインエントランスは最上階にあり、すべてのアパートメントへのアクセスが可能です。 私たちの優れたロケーションは、車を必要としないことを意味しますが、ガレージは週35eの料金で提供されます。また、日光浴のためのデッキを備えたプールを囲む、優雅なヤシの木と装飾の木がよく整えられた共同庭園もあります。

The property is very well located an easy walk into Menton and close to restaurants and a good supermarket. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden and swimming in the pool. Thank you to Charlotte for excellent communication and patience as we took a while to find the property and park! If we came back, we would choose a more compact hire car as the garage for the property is quite difficult to access in a large vehicle. But would definitely recommend!

A lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. Large garden space and patio. The pool is literally next to the apartment. The pool is used more for a cooling off swim, you can take your sun beds up to the pool area, but most people just had a quick swim then back to your apartment for relaxing. Menton is beautiful, we were really impressed. About a 15/20min walk into the main area. It is a lovely walk along the shore, with a few restaurants/bars on the way. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Very clean. Short walk to the Italian border! We regularly used the trains to visit other areas, they were on time and stopped at Menton Garavan (nearest train station) every 30mins. If you are a rugby fan William Webb-Ellis is buried in Menton Cemetery. A good visit and lovely views from the top! The beach is more shingle than sand but we didn't mind that.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views

We stayed here with our grown up son. The 2 bathrooms were useful. Lovely terrace and garden to sit in and use of the pool was appreciated as it was rather hot. The nearest supermarket involves walking down the hill and then back up with the shopping. You need to be fit enough to do this. In the heat the hill can be tiring. We tended not to get the bus into Menton but there is one. The station Menton Garavan is a short walk from the apartment and is on the main train line along the Cote D’Azur. We went to Nice and in to Italy. You can actually walk into Italy from the apartment - about 20 minutes!The AC in the bedrooms was appreciated during our stay. We recommend this place.

Week in Menton

We found the apartment to be just what we needed for a lovely weeks stay in Menton. The apartment is wonderfully situated With a slight hill to navigate to get to the back door entrance but nothing too bad and a lovely stroll along the seafront into old town to enjoy the wonderful delights of Menton, with its restaurants, bars and shopping. The pool was an added bonus if a little cold, but once you were in, it was lovely. The security to get in and out of the apartment is first rate and the apartment itself is very modern, up-to-date and comfortable. We will definitely be looking to come back in the near future. Communication was excellent, and Charlotte the Property Manager was on hand for anything we needed. The only negative point I would have is that the cooker dials are completely rubbed off and worn away so operating the cooker is a trial by error but it was easy enough to work out once you got the hang of it.

la vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse l'appartement est très agréable, clair, ensoleillé et identique à l'annonce. belle décoration et literie très confortable. heureusement qu'il y a un parking car stationnement presque qu'impossible et difficile dans la rue (ne pas se fié au terme d'avenue) c'est une très petite rue pentue et sans trottoir. Nous avons fait tous nos déplacements dans Menton à pieds bien que l'appartement soit assez éloigné du centre ville,

great stay!

Beautiful spot, convenient to city and beach. Very steep hill to access by foot ( for anyone who is physically challenged) but parking is available. Car is not necessary to vacation in this great condo as Menton is a very walkable city with train and bus easily accessible. Condo is very clean and well equipped. The garden and patio are wonderful and pool is just steps away!!

Relaxing time

The hill is a slog but the view is worth it. We had a relaxing time with some exploring along the coast using the train. The station is only 8 minutes away via the back door to the garden. The villa was very clean and we had everything we wanted. We didn’t have a car so relied on a 30 minute round walk to the local shop for groceries. Overall a lovely place. Note there is not a BBQ.

Bel appartement, avec une vue magnifique sur menton.

La gérante est attentive à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est confortable, la terrace et la jardin splendides et très bien situés avec une vue imprenable sur menton. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La piscine très agréable. Le parking très facile. Seul benol, qui devrait faire l'objet d'une amélioration, vu le standing de l'appartment, c'est la litterie, particulièrement dure. De plus, une planche de toilette était cassée, ce qui devait être connu depuis un certain temps, sans avoir été corrigé durant notre séjour.

Comfortable Apartment with Pool and stunning view

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem gepflegten und großzügigen Apartment genossen. Alles war gepflegt, Toll besonders die großzügige Terrasse mit Garten mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und auf die Stadt Menton, die man auch fußläufig gut erreichen kann. Hinzubuchen des Autostellplatzes würde ich empfehlen. Super wäre es, wenn der Zugang zur Terrasse auch von außen auf- und abschließbar wäre. Klimaanlage ohne Zusatzkosten nutzbar (in der Sommersaison hier wichtig). Mückenschutz nicht vergessen.

Beautiful place

Chateau Vallaya is a very nice place to stay. The covered terrass offers an breathtaking view over the bay and is always a bit windy. Menton is a delightful seaside resort.

Superbe appartement, très grand avec un jardin , il manque juste un barbecue ou une plancha et un grille pain. Petit hic : nous n avons pas pu se servir du four car trop sale. Dommage car l appartement est superbe.

Garavan is an exclusive part of Menton on the border with Italy and many beautiful villas with fine gardens were built, often by British families at the start of the last century. Many of these villas remain. Our building has been most elegantly designed and construced in the garden of one of these villas and is on a particularly quiet road just above the main Promenade. Unlike many other resorts this oasis of peace and calm is nevertheless close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The former villa garden with its fine trees & shrubs has been beautifully incorporated into the setting of the new building and is meticulously maintained along with the pool & sunbathing deck. From the apartment and the garden there are inspirational views over the bay with its marinas and beach activities to the romantic Basilica and old town of Menton from sunrise over Italy to sunset behind Monaco!
