Welcome To The Apartment I moved back to Brighton in 2019 having lived in the city twice before over the past thirty five years. The regency properties are so special and Royal Crescent being situated overlooking the sea is a view I never tire of. The Crescent has fourteen houses and each one behind each facade is unique. Over the years many famous people have lived here including Sir Lawrence Olivier with his actress wife Joan Plowright who in fact had a house each living next door to each other! I live in the main house and am on hand during your stay to answer any queries and can give on hand advice for great walks around the city and to villages close by such as Rottingdean or further afield to Lewes.
Why they chose this property
The Apartment has parking which is essential in a city with instant access from time of arrival and throughout your stay. Superbly placed whether you wish to enjoy the great activities on the beach with its bars, restaurants and music venues. The seafood to the steaks along with fish and chips are being served to a high quality with lovely craft beers and wine! The Apartment has outside space on offer within a private garden to enjoy hosting fountains and benches. We have WiFi and cable offering Netflix along with a good old fashioned Robert’s radio. The kitchen has SMEG range cooker and fridge freezer as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Coffee machine and toaster to hand. For toddlers we have high chair, travel cot and milk prep machine to enhance your stay.
What makes this property unique
The Apartment is placed on one level and is very spacious with plenty of room around the furniture to make for ease of enjoying the space. The Rainfall shower is set out like a wet room with no ledges. The heating is for your own personal preference with easy controls. Very bright accommodation and very peaceful ideal for a get away should you want to read and chill out!
