Detached villa a stone's throw from the center of Playa Blanca.

A beautiful detached villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private (heated) swimming pool, Spa / Jacuzzi and pool table, within a few minutes walk of Playa Blanca harbor, Playa Flamingo beach, supermarket, bars and the town center.

When you arrive at the villa, you can park the car in the closed private driveway and then enter the terrace through a door. There is a table with chairs, parasol, stone built barbecue and under the shady pergola is a lounge set to relax.

Through a little gate that can be closed, you enter the private garden with the oval private (heated) swimming pool, a spa / Jacuzzi, sun beds and a pool table.

In the villa you will find a spacious open plan homely lounge & dining room with air conditioning (pay as you go), a comfortable sofa TV (SKY package), free WiFi, and X box with 2 handsets and games to play and a dining table with chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (pay as you go) has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The twin bedroom also has air conditioning (pay as you go), built-in wardrobe and access to the family bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

This was our second stay at Casa Elsanna. We particularly like the location, the pool and the spacious interior, and Suzanne the villa manager is friendly, helpful and a good communicator.

Excellent villa, prime location

Had a lovely stay in this villa, was clean and tidy, all amenities you could need. Villa is spacious and close to bars, restaurants and local Spar. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great property in a central location

The house was perfect for us, plenty of space inside and out, including a shaded area to sit outside. The pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were comfy. It is only a few minutes walk from Playa Flamingo with shops amd restaurants, as well as the lovely beach. Contact with Suzanne was prompt and friendly. We would definitely book with Vrbo again.

My husband and I have just returned to the UK having spent a wonderful 42 nights in this fabulous villa. Everything was just spot on. We felt extremely safe within this gated well-lit community and its' surrounding area.Very flat easy access to restaurants and supermarkets.Suzanne our host was so accommodating from the start of our booking process. Whilst we were there, Suzanne actually popped in on several occasions to check everything was fine and even organised our taxi back to the airport on our departure. We did not have any issues during our stay, however had we, I am confident they would have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you Suzanne.The pool and villa were spotless, as was everything inside. Thank you to our pool man and the very pleasant cleaning ladies.Playa Blanca has lots to offer and if you don't want to hire a car this is the Villa for you. There is also a bus stop just outside of the complex and a Taxi rank within four minutes walk.

Very enjoyable stay in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay - the house is spacious, tastefully furnished and in what we think is a great location in our preferred (and quieter) part of Playa Blanca, but still just a short walk from Playa Flamingo beach, Spar supermarket and the village centre. The outdoor area has lots of good seating and sun loungers, and the pool, though small, was a pleasure. We felt very well looked after by Suzanne, who is a very efficient and welcoming host.

Great break

Location is amazing and everything we were after! Villa has everything you need including games console if you had kids with you Suzanne is amazing with communication throughout and will help in whatever way possible

Very Close to Beach

To say its a 'stone's throw' from the beach is no exaggeration. A couple of shops and some bars within 2/3mins walk, max.A further 5mins would take you to Playa Blanca main beachfront.Communication on WhatsApp with Suzanne (property manager) was easy and very promptly answered.. Overall would definitely stay again

Villa in Playa Blanca

Communication very good before we arrived and during our stay. Villa very clean. Cost of air con is very reasonable. We used it every night in 1 room and cost us less than 2 euros. We had to request that the pool was heated for our stay in June. Loved using the pool and hot tub every day. Great location. We had a hire car but could have managed without as shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Amazing villa in great location

Had an amazing 11 nights in this villa. The place was spotless and the facilities were excellent and as described. Everyone had a great time in the pool and hot tub and the pool table was an added bonus. Location is great and very central. Suzanne is an excellent host. We will definitely be back.

Just what we needed

The property was great, with the perfect location, an easy walk to the local shop, bar and beach. Host was always responsive and could not have done more. Air conditioning for those days/nights when needed. Lots of space indoors and out for 4 of us and received sun throughout the day. Would definitely go back

Wonderful return to Lanzarote

Back for the first time since 2018, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Nice and close to Playa Blanca, so we didn't have to hire a car this time. Shops and restaurants very walkable, and a taxi rank 5 minutes away by the harbour, just past the well stocked Spar. Villa had everything we needed, nice bed, great pool and the hot tub was a bonus! Close to the road, but still quite private and easy to access via a side path and the road into the cul-de-sac. Did a wine tour with Lanzarote Wines, who picked us up and retured us to the villa. Had a great relaxing cruise with Chillout cruises from the harbour, and hired a bike from Roys bike shop near the Spar. Thanks to Suzanne the villa manager for timely information and checking in on us. In summary a great place to stay as you can do so much from the doorstep, and then return to a lovely private pool!

Never saw a pool man all week. Hot tub appears to have leak. House toilet out of action all week due to cistern water running continuously. No oven to tableware eg pyrex dishes. Car access gate needs serious attention. Rusty and lock seized. No laundry basket. No hooks for backs of doors for hanging clothes eg bathroom. In short, not at all what we expected and we certainly won’t be back to this one.
