This magnificent villa is on two floors and 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms are exceptionally large and have their own ensuite bathroom, and three of them have beautiful sea views. NEWF FOR 2024: All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The upper terrace, the garden and the pool area overlook a part of the cliff of Cala Galdana that offers incredibly beautiful views of a flawless sea, which stretches before the observer without buildings or obstacles.

Enjoying the beautiful pool, sunbathing in the garden, having a barbecue with your loved ones in this environment is a real luxury. Even in July and August, months in which even quiet Menorca bustles with activity and Cala Galdana is usually an urbanization full of life, here you have your haven of absolute peace.

The entire house has large spaces, you will be truly comfortable, even with maximum occupancy. The large living room offers a pleasant space in which to retreat from a day of sun and vacation. The kitchen is very spacious and allows several members of the family or group to cook together.

Cala Galdana is one of the most beautiful resorts in Menorca, its cliffs and pine forests give it a unique beauty that the buildings have not been able to spoil. The white Menorcan-style villas are pleasing to the eye and give a touch of elegance to the whole. At the same time, the cove offers a very extensive infrastructure with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, there is a medical center, pharmacy, car and boat rental, etc.

In addition to all this, Cala Galdana is the starting point to walk to the most famous virgin coves in Menorca, Macarella and Macarelleta to the west, and Mitjana and Trebaluger to the east. The already famous “Camí de Cavalls” as a cycling and hiking route passes through it and in fact a stage starts just a few meters from our villa.
