Villa Arata

Comfortable semi-detached house for 6 people, located in Alcanada, one of the most beautiful areas of Alcudia. The location of the villa allows guests to enjoy a villa near the sea with all the necessary comforts for a dream holiday. Villa Arata has a private swimming pool of approximately 5x4 meters, barbecue and a beautiful terrace with several areas for rest and relaxation. Imagine starting the day with a swim in the pool and breakfast on the terrace by the garden. This villa is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea.

The villa is located at a very short distance from Puerto de Alcudia and different beaches, in a very quiet area, with restaurants and close to the famous Alcanada Golf Club, one of the best European golf courses.



Layout:

The property is built on three levels. As the villa is built on a hill, the construction allows for lower floors.

On the upper floor you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the living room with two sofas, the dining room with a table for 6 people and the access to the garden and the swimming pool.

On the intermediate level there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a dressing room. In addition, we also have a large terrace. On the lower level is the garage with capacity for two cars.



Comfort and services:

Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.



Final cleaning charges are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
