Esta lujosa villa independiente se encuentra en campo abierto con una gran piscina en extensos terrenos privados que se extienden a 6 acres con hermosas vistas a la montaña y al mar. La propiedad está a solo 5 minutos en coche de Alcudia ya 10 minutos de Pollenca, donde se pueden encontrar muchas atracciones, tiendas y excelentes restaurantes. Los campos de golf de Alcanada y Pollenca, la equitación, el tenis, las playas y un parque acuático se encuentran a 10 minutos de esta impresionante propiedad. La piscina mide aproximadamente 5 mx 10 m y tiene un entorno de terraza pavimentada. Los jardines formales inmediatos están cubiertos de césped con hermosas palmeras y adelfas que brindan un paisaje espectacular en todas las direcciones. Rodeado de vistas a la montaña y al mar desde 2 de los 4 balcones. La terraza sombreada es perfecta para barbacoas y cenas al aire libre o para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas.

Die Villa war rundherum fantastisch! Die Zimmer waren so angeordnet, dass Privatspähre gegeben war. Jedes Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Balkon. Das Haus war auch nicht hellhörig - sehr gut. Die Doppelbetten waren sehr bequem, die Badezimmer mit ordentlicher Größe. Mit Nutzung der Klimaanlage gab es noch ein Nebengeräusch, wir haben sie kaum genutzt, daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Die Küche war sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Es gab noch einen Vorratsraum mit großem Kühlschrank - perfekt für einen Selbstverpflegerurlaub!! Ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Billiardtisch und Dartscheibe. Im Aussenbereich gab es eine Tischtennisplatte - alles gut erhalten. Großzügige Sitzgruppe außen, überdacht. Großer Esstisch mit Drehplatte - sehr vorteilhaft. Die Liegen waren robust, bequem und gepflegt - auch für schwere Personen gut geeignet. Der Pool war sehr sauber, es gab 2 bequeme Luftmatratzen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass drei recht kleine Bäume am Pool tatsächlich ausreichten, dass 6 Personen den ganzen Tag im natürlichen Schatten liegen konnten - zumindest Anfang September. Der Grill war hochwertig. Die Anlage rund ums Haus sehr gepflegt und ansprechend - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir gut.Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war perfekt - schon im Vorwege wurden Fragen innerhalb kurzer Zeit beantwortet - gleiches galt für Rückfragen vor Ort. Danke Oliver, Dein Haus ist ein wundervoll.

Our second year here - and just as wonderful! The villa is ideally located between Pollença and Alcúdia meaning you don’t travel far to beautiful beaches, ports and surrounding activities to keep little ones busy. It is also very tranquil with huge amounts of space inside and out. Everything is clean and functional and we feel right at home here! Oliver and Claire are fab hosts, helping out as necessary. I couldn't recommend this villa more for families. Thank you and see you next year!

This villa is brilliant for bigger family’s. We stayed here as 4 children 6 adults aging from 3 to 80 years old and it was very accommodating for all of us. Every room has their own en suite the showers were all very good with lots of pressure. The bedrooms are all large and all equipped drawers and wardrobes . The villa is very well thought out. The pool table and darts board is a lovely addition too with a fire stick in the downstairs tv which was good. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had when staying in a villa. From enough plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans etc.(crockery and plastic) everything you need and a massive plus “sharp” knives. We thought the grounds around the villa were beautiful, the first time you drive up the drive you will be saying WOW. The outside area was amazing obviously this is where we spent most of our time, it has plenty of furniture from the big table to the couches and chairs, All were brilliant. There are also loads of sun loungers The pool was big and perfect for us all to play in and the smooth floor tiles all around the pool and patio area were very comfortable to walk on and good for the kids. The only criticism we have is at night it was hard to see the road up to the villa from off the main road, it could do with some lights down there, and also maybe an outside plug socket but other than that it was all very very good, is highly recommended and we hope to return.

Der check in war ein bisschen problematisch aber auch nur weil keine Schlüsselbox am Eingangstor war.Wir haben den Besitzer angerufen der sich dann schnell gemeldet hat und uns telefonisch ins Haus gebracht hat wegen Alarmanlage usw.Hat aber dann problemlos funktioniert!Küche ist top!Eine sehr sehr gut gepflegte Anlage die man nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren 8 Personen und jeder ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Außenbereich ist paradiesisch schön! Ich kann wirklich nur schwärmen und jedem dieses Objekt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!!!

Erholsame Ferien

Es waren wunderschöne Ferien. Die Finca ist gut gelegen. Man hat Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sicher und sehr wohl. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und die ganze Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und freundlich. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Warme Lichtquellen in den Zimmern würden mehr Gemütlichkeit vermitteln und was störend sein kann sind die Zimmertüren. Es hat keine Gummidichtungen und deshalb kann man sie kaum leise öffnen oder schliessen. Der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir konnten die Zeit dort sehr geniessen. Oliver ist als Gastgeber immer ansprechbar und antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Vielen Dank es war sehr schön!

Magical stay!

We stayed here for three weeks and the villa is just wonderful! The villa is extremely well located, easily driveable to Pollenca and Alcudia. The garden is huge - perfect for our children to run around in and the large pool provides an ideal space to splash in for hours. The interior of the villa is modern, spacious and very well laid out - very easy to feel at home in. All four bedrooms are spacious and welcoming. Oliver was incredibly friendly and easily contactable - he helped immediately with any issue that arose (typically resulting from something external to the villa). Overall, my family and I, and our guests had a super fun, memorable time in this villa and we plan to return to it. Thank you Oliver!

Gutes Haus aber leider später abgezockt

Schöner Familienurlaub mit bitterem Nachgeschmack Schönes Haus, toller Garten, sehr gepflegt. Zimmer groß mit eigenen Badezimmer. Pool groß und sauber! Leider wurde eine Woche nach unserer Abreise vom Besitzer behauptet das wir ein Schlafsofa kaputt gemacht haben sollen. Das angeblich 4 Monate alte Schlafsofagegangen soll 1500Euro gekostet haben.Auf Anfrage ob eine Rechnung vorhanden ist wurde uns ein Bild von Ikea Seite geschickt…Bei jeder Nachricht droht der Vermieter mit seinem Anwalt. Am Ende haben wir 600€ nachgezahlt!!! Abzocke! Nachdem wir 600€ überwiesen hatten, wurden dann ganz Frech weitere 583€ von der Kreditkarte abgezogen. Auf Nachfrage, warum weiteres Geld abgezogen wurde, habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Wir sagten ihm das im Haus auch nicht alles in Ordnung war ( alle Toilettenhalter Lose, keine Dichtungen in den Türen dadurch leider sehr laut, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind immer wieder stehen geblieben, draußen Licht ging des Öfteren nicht,Stromausfälle)darauf sagte er uns dann hätten wir uns im Urlaub beschweren sollen…. Fazit Haus sehr schön Vermieter fanden wir absolut nicht in Ordnung und wir sind wirklich nicht kleinlich oder auf Ärger aus Schöne Grüße

Lovely family holiday

The villa is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces and pool are amazing (we were a party of 6 adults and a 3 year old). Both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are just a short drive away with a great choice of restaurants. Oliver is an attentive host, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Villa Cana Siona

Eine herrliche Finca zum Entspannen

Wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit! Die Finca besticht durch ihre super Ausstattung, den wunderschönen Ausblicken auf die Bucht von Pollenca und das Grundstück an sich. Alles ist sehr gepflegt - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Oliver ist als Gastgeber äußerst hilfsbereit und unterstützt einen bei allen Fragen. Vielen Dank für einen herrlichen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

This is a fantastic Villa to enjoy a brilliant holiday. My wife Caroline who normally looks forward to getting home really wanted to stay longer. Oliver was so helpful with everything for which we were so grateful. Hopefully we will be able to return to CaNa Siona soon Peter

Beautiful outdoors, some small things to know about indoors

We had a lovely time at the property. The outdoors is absolutely stunning: great pool, lovely seating area, beautifully maintained gardens (which seems hard to do when it's so dry). Location is great between Alcudia and Pollenca. You have to drive everywhere but that's not really a problem. I don't think you can go wrong with this property, especially if you are planning to spend a lot of time outdoors. The indoor space had a few issues which overall didn't impact out stay much, but I'll enumerate them here in case it's important for others - WiFi was so weak we couldn't use it - One of the AC pipes in one of the rooms wasn't working well so it was pouring into a bucket, which meant we had to clean out the bucket ~every day - Shower curtains in both rooms with showers are pretty tatty and have rust stains on them - Some of the pillows / bedding had an odor - The owners ask you to not run the ACs at least ~6-8 hour of the day. This absolutely wasn't a problem for us since it was relatively cool while we were here. I was wondering how it might be for folks during a heat wave, though. If you care about running AC 24/7 this place wouldn't be for you. Overall, Oliver was very proactively communicative but, unfortunately, wasn't able to solve the issues we mentioned (internet and AC) during our stay. I also understand that it's hard to get AC service folks and internet folks on short notice in Mallorca.

Exceeded expectations

A fantastic villa inside and out,set in beautiful grounds with incredible views. Spotlessly clean on arrival and very well equipped for all our needs. The pool area is wonderful, plenty of seating around a gorgeous bbq area. Having rented several villas in the past this is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful villa with amazing outside space. Villa well equipped however some details when booked had changed. There was not an inside dining table, air con was problematic and several games, activities and a full selection of DVDs were not available. Villa check in issues were not communicated and we had to chase around to get keys at point of check in, after travelling all day.

Schönes Haus, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Toller Garten, sehr gepflegt. Pool ist groß und sauber. Alle Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Komplett neu eingerichtet. Für Familien mit Baby gut ausgestattet. Empfehlung!
