Family-friendly villa has private pool, short walk to Burgau Beach

This fantastic roomy townhouse, is comfortably furnished and decorated with flair.  The lounge boasts a big flat screen TV with local and international channels and unlimited free Wi Fi. The adjacent Dining area has a table with 4 chairs and patio doors from the living room to the delightful pool area for wonderful al fresco dining.

The separate Kitchen has electric fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery, pots & pans, and a door to the BBQ area and patio dining set.

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has a 5ft bed, fitted wardrobes and a south-facing veranda overlooking the pool to relax and enjoy views of the Parque Naturel.  The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower, bidet, toilet and basin.

The family bathroom has shower, toilet and basin and is located beside Bedroom 2, which is a delightful room with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.  A small roof terrace accessed from the upstairs corridor is a private place to relax and finish that book.

The pool area has a pool shower, sun beds and a wooden patio dining set, and there's even a hammock!

An ideal base for a relaxing holiday Villa 33 is just a short walk to village restaurants, shops and beach. If you have a car there is free parking and you can explore the fabulous coastline and mountains inland.

Burgau is a lovely village with great restaurants and a beautiful beach. The accommodation was ideal for our family
 spacious enough with two teenagers, close to restaurants and the beach. With a car it’s also possible to explore the beautiful beaches nearby without having to travel too far. Lagos was also worth a visit and not too far.

We had a lovely stay in this property. The outside space with our own pool was fabulous and plenty of space. The property utself was a little tired but this could have been due to the fact it was the end of the season. A number of bulbs had gone including one on the staircase however the property was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable, the housekeeping in the middle of our stay was much appreciated. There was a walk to the beachdown downhill but very steep on the return. Burgau village is lovely with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants but not a party town which suited us. We would recommend this property

Burgau ; the hidden gem of the Algarve

The villa is in a perfect location, within walking distance from the beach, shops and many lovely local restaurants. The villa and pool are maintained perfectly and offer everything you require in a holiday villa from a coffee machine to beach towels. The pool was cleaned regularly during our 10 day stay and the property Manager is only a call away and promptly answers any questions you may have. Burgau is a picturesque seaside town, offering mountain walks, local cuisine and a lovely sandy beach with many water sports. We would highly recommend the villa and Burgau.

Lovely place

We loved Burgau as location for our holiday. Everything is in walking distance and Burgau offers super nice restaurant, lovely beach and streets, a nice beach and hiking routes starting almost straight from the accommodation. The communication was great all the time! The only thing, the pictures are a bit older. Would be nice to have some pillows to sit outside. But price was great and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Feels like home

We have stayed at the villas a few times now and as per usual everything is provided for a relaxing break, staff are always friendly and available at the end of the phone if needed. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Beautiful apartment located in mind-blowing area

We had an amazing stay in Burgau, Algarve! The town itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a charming, laid-back vibe. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was super fast and helpful—when we had an issue with the washing machine, it was resolved immediately, which made a big difference. Overall, a perfect getaway in a fantastic location. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Algarve!

Great holiday

Lovely house, so well Equipped. Had everything we needed, lovely and clean. Absolutely no complaints. Might have been good to know there’s a washing machine before we went (maybe we missed this info) as wouldn’t have taken so much stuff but we can’t fault it at all. Bernie the manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had the best time.

A bit tatty

The photos are not like the property. Unfortunately the villa needs a bit of general maintenance and attention. The electrics are not installed very well and need to be looked at, especially some of the light fixtures. We had ants everywhere, even though we kept food out of the way and sprayed the areas all the time. No channels on the TV and the furniture is very tatty with dirty cushions. The barbecue was awful, rusty and unusable. Overall for the price we were very disappointed

Great Property

Loved the property and location. Candida was amazing at responding quickly to queries and comments. The pool and back garden are lovely. Pool regularly maintained which is great to see. Some minor comments about the condition of the property. The kitchen unit doors need replacing. Hanging off the hinges in a couple places, making it a pain to shut the freezer. Kitchen crockery and equipment needs updating. Completely mixed set like a jumble sale. Lack of sofas/ seating for 4 persons. Bedrooms and bathrooms great and well equipped. A little bit if updating and the propert would be amazing!

Bem localizado, zona tranquila numa vila acolhedora com uma bela praia. A habitação e a piscina estavam limpas, porém necessita de melhorias ao nível interno e externo (manutenção), aparecendo bastantes insetos voadores na cozinha, tendo sido necessårio comprar inseticida para tentar eliminar a praga.Considero que o check-in às 10:00 a.m é muito cedo, devia de ser até às 12:00.Obrigado

Excellent property for our family, the pool was perfect for the kids - they gave it 120%! Plenty of space throughout the villa. The kitchen was well stocked and utilities all available as advertised. Will definitely book again next time we go to Portugal. Have recommended to several friends and family already!

GemĂŒtliche grosse und schöne FeWo mit eigenem Pool

2-stöckiges ASchlĂŒsseppartment mit 2 BĂ€dern und einem kleinen GĂ€ste-WC. KĂŒche hat alles wo man braucht. GenĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher wo sogar einmal in 10 Tagen gewechselt wurden wie auch die BettwĂ€sche. Sehr unkompliziert mit SchlĂŒsselfach. Sauber und ruhig. Restaurant und Beach alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. WĂŒrde es so wieder buchen👍 zu Fuss er

Schöne Unterkunft in nettem Dörfchen

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen vollstens erfĂŒllt. Einzig der Grill könnte etwas komfortabler sein. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön und das Dörfchen sehr ansprechend. Leider war uns nur nicht bewusst, dass der Atlantik Wind doch so eine KĂ€lte mit bringt und dadurch das Baden immer sehr erfrischend war. Das gilt fĂŒr Pool und Meer. Also fĂŒr kleinere Kinder die eigentlich die ganze Zeit im Wasser sein wollen eher ungeeignet.
