This detached holiday home in Theux, nestled at the edge of the Belgian Ardennes forest, is perfect for families and groups seeking peace and nature. With 3 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, and a spacious dining area, it comfortably hosts larger gatherings. The enclosed private garden and covered terrace are ideal for barbecues and outdoor evenings.

Located near Spa, Malmedy, and the German town of Monschau, the home is a great base for cycling and hiking through the Eifel-Ardennes landscape. The north of Luxembourg is also easily accessible by car.

Lovely place for a weekend

Outside furniture is starting to show it’s age. Overall it is a cold house, take this into account when you book during winter time. There were almost no cleaning materials or additional garbage bags. Overall, it is ok and has a very good price for quality.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus eignet sich gut für einen Besuch mit einer größeren Freundesgruppe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten schön und hat eine kleine Boulebahn. Den Kicker und die Tischtenniseplatte haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Das sollte einem bewusst sein, wenn man mit vielen kleinen Kindern dort übernachtet. Schön wäre es, wenn der Vermieter die Türen noch einmal ölen könnte. Das würde ein bisschen helfen.

War eine schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten Probleme mit den Betten. Alle hatten wir nicht die richtige Bettwäsche dabei. (Sollte vielleicht mit angeboten werden.) Das WLAN-Problem konnte im Chat nicht gelöst werden und wir haben den Router erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. (Hatten ein Fußballfreies Wochenende.😎)Haben die Zeit genossen.

Eine ruhiger Aufenthalt inmitten einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Region, direkt am Wald, in einer Ferienhaussiedlung gelegen. Großzügiges Grundstück mit einladendem Außenbereich. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, auch im Hohen Venn.

Er is geen toilet aanwezig beneden. De badkamers en toiletten kunnen allen niet op slot. Weinig verlichting buiten. Zitkussens op de stoelen zijn erg dun. Verder een prima verblijf. Bedden zijn opgedekt bij aankomst en bedden liggen goed. Ruimte in het huis is royaal.

Zeer ruim vrijstaand stenen Chalet met omheinde achtertuin. Erg rustig en pal aan grote bossen met wandelknooppunten netwerk Ost Belgien. Fiets Ravel doorkruist het dorp. Breng zelf kaarten mee want er ligt niets. Horeca , bakkers buurtwinkeltje in't dorp. Smart tv, goede wifi tadaam, dit jaar(okt '22 ) goede gsm ontvangst. 2 salons, grote eetkamer , grote kamers... Wat verouderd maar heel proper. De vriendelijke eigenaar woont in hetzelfde straatje en spreekt vlot vlaams, frans, duits... Ideaal voor wandelaars (met hond) en fietsers.

Es war ein sehr schönes WE in einem schönen Haus! Würde nur Duschvorhänge für die beiden Badewannen und Brausenhalterung in entsprechender Höhe anbringen. Sonst mega!

Wij hebben met onze vriendinnenclub een heerlijke week gehad, lekker gewandeld , genoten van de tuin, lekkere drankjes gedronken en heerlijk gegeten. Ondanks de eenvoudige huisvesting genoten wij van de mooie tuin en de omgeving. Maar we hebben toch besloten voor iets meer comfort te gaan.
