Check in easy. Tadeu prompt, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. Great location. Nice and quiet. Good internet. Plenty of room and facilities.

Ants in bed in the loft and the very low bank.

I had little ants (2mm) in bed, but after 3 days I had them all killed. The bank in the apartment was very low for us older people.

Great place, managed no so

Modern, spacious, well located. Smart TV with Netflix nice addition. Only downside was overwhelmed management. Explained with 34 properties, “how would I know how the TV works?” “All Portuguese”. We found CNN and Netflix. Nelson said when we reported a broken shower fixture on arrival….”it was never broken”, basically said a guest are liars! Get ready to be called rude Americans…I see it coming in the review of us.

This comment is actually for Jocelyn´s husband... Jocelyn herself seams like a very nice and calm person. All started at the arrival..we had our dedicated host waiting for the guests and it was already past 11.30pm... but all good, our host welcomes every guest at anytime with a smile on his face. Jocelyn husband arrived in a bad mood for sure.. it could only have been that... he immediately started to be rude to our host... and please to not patronize us... 95% of my guests are Americans and I am very happy to welcome them. But there are rude people on every nationality... so I wouldn't call you rude based on your nationality.. you are rude person full stop. Then starting complaining that we didn't leave coffee pods for the all stay.. we kindly explained that it is complementary for the first day of his stay.. and here he goes on and on saying how he is a super host and he does this and that... I mean... I could also go on and on about this guest, trust me... one of those that you just can't believe that someone behaves like this. But rather not wasting another single minute with him... He is just one of those that nothing is ever good for him.. and I sincerely think if he is that good of a host why doesn't he consider to stay at his own place and host himself? I think he would be better off...

CRIMINAL HOST!

Could have been great, but there was an airline strike the day of our flight so our trip was canceled. I messaged through the VRBO app to attempt changing our date three times, and each time the host replied that they were already booked, then didn’t even reply to the last date, only when I messaged to ask why there was YET ANOTHER pending charge- apparently that was the deposit, when again, we weren’t even there and they knew that. When I checked the schedule, they were only booked for one of the weekends, not all three. Granted, they aren’t obligated to change the dates after the cancellation period, but to outright be dishonest and then still charge the cleaning fee when they knew we weren’t there is terrible business practice and criminal. We would NOT recommend booking this property! BEWARE!! We have never had a bad experience with a host before this, and I’ve never had to write a terrible review before this experience. So sad!
