Bel appartement

Bel appartement, propre et bien équipé avec une très agréable cour privative à l'appartement que l'on voit sur les photos. Bonne procédure d'arrivée et bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Par contre, quelques points de vigilance pour les futurs locataires: - contrairement à ce que laisse supposer l'annonce, il n'y a pas de parking propre à l'appartement ou à l'immeuble. -l'appartement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur. Vu les photos avec la cour, nous pensions que c'était un rez-de-chaussé et avons été surpris à notre arrivée. -les chambres donnent sur la rue et il n'y a pas de double vitrage. Pour moi, c'était trop bruyant donc j'ai dormi dans le salon qui donne sur la cour privative qui est très calme, j'y ai très bien dormi. En résumé, je recommande cet appartement si vous n'avez pas de problème de mobilité. Pour les 2 autres points de vigilance que j'ai soulevés, des solutions existent et donc ils ne sont pas rédhibitoires de mon point de vue.

Très bel appartement propre bien situé bien équipé dans le quartier de sao bento à 20min du centre ville à pied. Le parking payant a 300min est très pratique. Je recommande
