Modern, air-conditioned 2-bed duplex apt with beautiful private terrace & garden

Welcome to 'Maison Jasmin'. A beautiful provençal Maison on the brand new gated Residence, 'Ecrin Vert' just steps from the gorgeous provençal village of Le Plan de la Tour. The house is open plan, modern and very tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen/living/dining area opening onto the beautiful private garden and patio area. A magnificent communal pool (open 15 May - 15 Oct) & dedicated parking space. Wifi included plus smart TV. Perfectly located to explore nearby St. Maxime, St. Tropez, Cannes & the French Riviera!

Maison Jasmin, with it's beautiful french shutters, surrounded by an idyllic private garden, is laid out over two floors. There is a modern living/dining area, with 2 sets of french doors opening onto the private garden and terrace. A beautiful wooden staircase leads upstairs to 2 bedrooms (both with air-conditioning from April 2022), one with a double bed and one which can be utilised as either a king size bed, or split into 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom upstairs with bath and overhead shower, plus a separate w.c. Downstairs there is a large shower room, also with w.c. Excellent wifi and a smart tv is provided, so easy to log into your Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts. The complex is gated, with electric gates and a videophone in the house. There is also a boules pitch for the use of guests. Across the road is a fabulous Vente de Vin to indulge your passion for wine at a very reasonable price!

Le Plan de la Tour is a beautiful and traditional french village - one of only a few in the whole area and some would say the most beautiful and unspoiled. The village is surrounded by vineyards and yet is only a few minutes from the nearest beach.

Le Plan de la Tour offers several superb restaurants catering for all tastes, several shops, local bars, three boulangeries, a mini market open every day, and is surrounded by vineyards - all you need for a perfect holiday in close proximity to the beach.

Note: Bedlinen & towels are only provided for stays of 7 nights or more. For any stay less than 7 nights guests must provide their own bedlinen & towels or pay a supplement of 25 euros per person per stay.

Perfect Family Gite

Great house, ideal for our needs with twin and double rooms, although it can also be set up with two doubles if required. Has its own garden area with four loungers, dining table and chairs, a nice little sun trap. Bedrooms have air con, wifi was good and reliable, allocated parking bay is right outside the house. Pool was a reasonable sized, good temperature and not too busy. Le Plan-de-la-Tour is less than five minutes walk, it has a small supermarket along with all the usual French shops and half a dozen or so restaurants. Check-in was smooth, we let them know our flight was delayed and they were fine with it. The owners asked us to let them know if there's anything they could improve, we though hard and could come up with nothing!

Excellent Property in a wonderful village

A lovely clean and well equipped property in a wonderful village. Property is very well equipped with a bigger than expected garden and dinning area. The gated complex is very secure with 1no reserved parking space next to property. The bedrooms offers ample space one with fitted wardrobe and the offer with a hanging rack. The air conditioner in both bedrooms was very welcome as the downstairs open plan kitchen/dinner gets very, very hot in the evening. Air conditioning in this area would be hugely beneficial. Unfortunately the downsize shower door was broken However we were advised of this by the owner prior to our arrival. We decided not to use this. The private pool is a good size and is open all day. The local village has numerous restaurants to chose. We had a great holiday and would highly recommended this property.

It is correct that we only have air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we didn't think guests would want to sit in the house during the day or evening with all the doors and windows closed, which would be necessary for the air conditioning to work. We do appreciate however, that during the height of the summer it does get very hot, but we find that if you keep the shutters closed during the day if you are out and about, that does keep the house cool for when you return in the evening. Familienurlaub

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Le Plan-de-la-Tour entfernt. Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar von anderen und ist nett gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Haustür in der geschlossenen Anlage. Manchmal ist es etwas laut durch die Lage direkt an der Straße, auch wenn diese nicht viel befahren wird. Die Schlafräume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küchenaustattung ist in Ordnung, jedoch wäre weiteres Besteck, Geschirr und Schüsseln/Schalen wünschenswert. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Backofen sehr schmutzig, sodass wir ihn während unseres Aufenthalts nicht genutzt haben. Auch die Mikrowelle, der Kühlschrank und die Spülmaschine haben an Sauberkeit gemangelt. Dies ist verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten hatten wir schöne zwei Wochen in Plan-de-la-Tour im Maison Jasmin.

Eine wunderbare Zeit!

Wir hatten in der Tat eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus. Es war alles wunderbar sauber und die Beschreibung stimmt 1:1 mit der Realität überein. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön, da man in wenigen Minuten im Ortszentrum ist, wo es sehr gute Lokale gibt. Rundherum war es für uns eine tolle Woche! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war toll. Die Ferienwohnung in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage, mit privaten und Ferienwohnungen. Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich bei 37°C im Schatten - Reisezeit: Juli 2024. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Straße davor. Es war zwar keine Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Einheimischen nutzen sie aber häufig 😉. Zum Schlafen war das aber OK, da die Fenster eh geschlossen waren, wegen der Klimaanlage. Pool war auch okay. Man fand immer eine Zeit, in der man allein im Pool war.

You are right about the road, it isn't a main road, but there are just 2 roads in and out of the village, which the locals use for their daily commute. We had a lovely week at plan de la tour The house was just right for us as a couple The village was only 200metres away so we could leave the car parked up & stroll out for lunch or dinner The whole booking process Was also excellent

We purchased the house when it was just a plot of spare land and an architects drawing. We waited 2 years for the build to be complete and collected the keys to our own little piece of paradise in May 2019 and we are thrilled with it!
