Casa do Poço es una hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios con piscina privada, con la opción de calefacción de piscina disponible por un cargo adicional.



Ubicada en el prestigioso desarrollo de Monte Lemos, justo al oeste del pueblo de Praia da Luz, esta villa ofrece impresionantes vistas al océano.



Al entrar en la casa, encontrará un pequeño rellano.



A su izquierda está el más acogedor de los cuatro dormitorios, amueblado con dos camas individuales. Junto a esta habitación hay un cuarto de baño familiar con ducha.



En el lado derecho del rellano, una corta escalera conduce a una amplia y luminosa zona de estar y comedor. Un gran televisor de pantalla plana ofrece acceso a canales de Reino Unido y Portugal, y también hay Wi-Fi de fibra óptica disponible.



Las puertas francesas se abren a un balcón con vista a la piscina y al mar. El balcón cuenta con dos zonas de asientos diferenciadas: una gran mesa redonda con un plato giratorio y ocho sillas para comer al aire libre, y un acogedor sofá y un sillón al final, perfectos para tomar una copa mientras se contempla la impresionante puesta de sol.



Junto a la zona de comedor, encontrará una generosa cocina de planta abierta equipada con electrodomésticos de alta calidad, incluyendo un frigorífico-congelador, horno y placa, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, hervidor y lavadora. Las puertas corredizas dan acceso al mismo balcón mencionado anteriormente.



Volviendo al rellano y bajando un tramo corto de escaleras, descubrirá el espacioso dormitorio principal, que incluye una cama de matrimonio y un cuarto de baño en suite recientemente actualizado con una gran ducha de paseo y una bañera independiente. También hay dos dormitorios dobles bien dimensionados que comparten un baño completo. Los tres dormitorios de la planta baja tienen puertas corredizas que se abren directamente a la terraza y la piscina.



El hermosamente ajardinado jardín y la zona de piscina están rodeados por un muro bajo. A la derecha de la terraza, hay un encantador área de comedor sombreada con una barbacoa empotrada, fregadero exterior y encimera. Los espacios exteriores están bien iluminados, garantizando que las noches sean tan agradables como los días.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. Near enough to the action in Lagos but still a really nice property. Great views. Outdoor deck and pool area are spectacular.

A fantastic villa...

A beautiful villa in a quiet location within an easy walk downhill to the town. Fantastic views from the wonderfully designed balcony area. The villa was well equipped, clean and homely. Each bedroom was spacious, with excellent black out shutters and comfy beds. The bathrooms were modern and nicely designed. The pool area suited our needs perfectly and we enjoyed using the outdoor bbq. Would highly recommend this villa. Tight and steep driveway - perhaps forewarn guests before arrival.

Another wonderful holiday

Our third time in this villa and we have booked again for next year. We feel like it’s a home away from home and just adore everything about it. Thank you! The en-suite bathroom seems to have a small ant problem… coming through the window. We seem to remember that was an issue last year too. Didn’t impact our stay at all though and is more of an FYI. We also noticed the window clip on the shower room downstairs was a bit tempermental. Again just an FYI from a security perspective.

Fabulous house

A great villa with extensive sea views and very well equipped. At the very top of the price bracket for a house without air conditioning but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for - especially this close to the village. The driveway isn't for the faint hearted if you have a large car, it’s very steep and our Peugeot 3008 was only a couple of inches from the side walls, but you can always park on the road. Air conditioning in the bedrooms at least would be handy and because they can heat more cheaply than the electric radiators would probably not add too much to the electricity bill. Without aircon we'd probably avoid the really hot months but we fully appreciate that some like it hot and because it is on a hillside as long as you're in all day to leave shutters open there is almost always a breeze to keep the air moving. It is at night with the shutters down that things can get a bit too warm and airless for us.

La casa es fantástica para hasta 8 personas

La casa es fantástica para hasta 8 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar sin preocuparte de nada. Buena piscina y barbacoa con todos los utensilios a tu disposition. La playa es espectacular y está a 1 km aunque recomiendo ir en coche porque el regreso es todo cuesta arriba. Eso sí, el agua está fría. Muy recomendable para vacaciones en familia.

Best Villa quality / price in Praia da Luz

We were a group of friends spending a nice week in Praia da Luz. We have been doing these reunions for 4 years now because many of us live abroad. We are really thankful for all the support during the booking process and the service and facilities Casa do Poço offers. We had a great time - Excellent choice.

Great villa with everything you need.

Love the fact that you can walk down to the beach. The Villa is very comfortable. Love the big outside table with the view and the the bbq area. Perfect for an out of season stay.

The place was very spacious for my family. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings.

Overall the place was great for my family. A few things that would have been better:There were 6 adults staying for six days. It would have been nice to have more bath towels provided instead of 1 per person for the entire stay. It would have been nice to have been provided with garbage bags for the trash. Lastly, your listing said the entire place was fully air conditioned. There was no Air conditioning in the place.

It was wonderful, very good villa

The property is well decorated and excellent bathrooms, beautiful garden and amazing private pool with a barbecue area. They provided everything including towels. The beach is a little far, I will recommend a car.

Superb villa

We (2 families) had a great stay in Casa do Poco. The villa is spacious with a great sized pool. The area was nice and quiet (until the kids got in the pool!). It’s only a 15 minute walk to the opposite end of Luz beach and there are plenty of restaurants to eat at if you don’t want to cook/BBQ. All bedding and towels were provided, even pool towels, which was a bonus. The staff were all really helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. If I had to say anything it would be could you leave more trash bags please?

Lovely Villa

Excellent communication throughout the process. We were a family of six adults so the size of the villa was perfect and extremely well equipped. Its in a great location (although a slightly hilly walk back from the beach/shops etc) - very quiet at night. The balcony overlooking the pool and the pool itself were fabulous. We had a wonderful week's holiday with hot weather. Hopefully some day we will be back. Proper air conditioning would have been great. Also a couple of the bedroom fans didn't work.

Wunderschönes Haus, besticht besonders durch den atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ort und den Ozean.. Küche ist komplett und sehr ausführlich eingerichtet. Reinigungsarbeiten wurden auch während des Aufenthaltes einmal wöchentlich durchgeführt. Gesamtes Anwesen war gut gepflegt. Pool auch sehr sauber. Würde dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation. Amazing house, great location near the city with restaurants and shops. Good that the pool had heating. We had some problems when we arrived. We could not open the gate and we could not reach the property manager untill monday morning. But we found our way in ourselves. But great house!!

Dear Ralf, We are happy that you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful villa. I'm really sorry about the problems that you had with the gate we tried our best to reply as soon as possible and to send our greeting person there to explain the situation and to give you the remote, the maid also visited you quickly because we instructed her to go there and the technician went there when he had the space in his schedule but the motor was damaged and needed a replacement. There is a lot of back-office work that sometimes people don't realize we do. Thank you again for your preference.

A great house

This is a great base for a family holiday: we enjoyed the beautiful house and fantastic pool with the gorgeous sea view. The house is fully equipped and has everything you could need including a very detailed information book. It is a longer walk than expected to Luz (uphill all the way home). We hired a car and explored the beaches and other towns nearby both Algarve and Atlantic coast which is recommended.

Vilket ställe att bo på. Allt helt fantastisk fint. Vi har aldrig någonsin bott så fint/lyxigt. Utsikt mot Atlanten från huset. Huset med 4 sovrum, 3 av dessa med direkt utgång till poolen, 3 badrum allt jättefräscht. 3 ställen att inta maten på inne i det stora vardagsrummet/köket, ute på altanen och vid bordet vid utegrillen. Fantastiskt fin pool med djup på 1,7 m på djupaste stället, en fin trappa att gå ner i poolen. Barnen och även vi vuxna älskade poolen och huset. Trädgården är perfekt med lagom stor yta av gräsmatta och stenplattor runt poolen. Ingen A/C finns i huset, behövs inte Atlanten håller temperaturen på en behaglig nivå. Välskötta fina växter i trädgården. Lite för smal uppfart till huset för vår hyrda minibuss, så den fick stå på gatan utanför porten som är elmanövrerad. 15 min promenad till matbutik och centrum och en fin sandstrand, lite kallt i havet 18-20 gr C när vi var där i början på juli.Kan verkligen rekommendera stället kan inte tro att någon blir besviken på detta ställe.
