This is a stunning luxury Chianti villa rental in Tuscany sleeping up to 12 guests. Villa Chianti is situated just 3 minutes drive from the town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and is in a great location for exploring Tuscany.

The Space:
On the ground floor of this Chianti villa rental, guests will discover a dining room, striking kitchen, billiards room complete with bar, TV room and lounge.

Upstairs there is a spacious living area with focal fireplace and plenty of comfortable sofas. There are also four bedrooms on this floor, all with ensuite bathrooms with both bath and shower. All enjoy wonderful views over the Tuscan countryside. Three of these bedrooms are furnished with double beds whilst the fourth has two single beds.

The remaining bedrooms in this Chianti villa rental are in an adjacent dependence. Here there are 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin room - as well as a bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area.

The whole of the lower ground floor of this Chianti villa rental is devoted to a private spa area, complete with Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi.

Outside, the private pool and jacuzzi is set in stunning, well manicured gardens. Adjacent to the pool is a BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining.

Please note that the owners will provide a complimentary clean and complete change of towels midway through your stay. Air conditioning and heating are additional costs to be payable locally. These are 0.50 euros per cubic metre (approximately between 150 and 300 euros per week) and 4 euros per square metre respectively. City taxes must also be paid locally on arrival.

A wider selection of stores can be found 10 minutes away in Sambuca val di Pesa where there are tennis courts. It is a 30 minute drive to the nearest train station and hospital in Poggibonsi and a 40 minute drive to the nearest golf course.
