Wir waren mit 6 Personen in diesem Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, fußläufig ist alles erreichbar. Der Strand ist nur um die Ecke. Vielen Dank, Lorella! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Forte dei Marmi 2022

Had a great visit in Villa Eliza best location love the small village atmosphere surrounding walking distance to cafe small grocery bakery and very easy walk to Sea. House was equipped well and we were informed of all necessary information we were 2 older adults and had our privacy with family visiting and 2 bathrooms can get tight but only for a few days. Loved our month stay and hope to come back

Just great

We made a last minute booking and were very lucky to have found this place: the property is very nice, clean and has everything you need. Located 5 min by bicycle (available for rent around the corner) from the sea. We booked a tent at the beach with the help of Lorella, and it was very convenient. Around the corner from the villa there is a very good small grocery shop where you can buy everything you need but mainly good quality fruits and vegetables. Few restaurants within 5 min walk and a cafeteria with fresh pastries for the breakfast. Wi-fi worked very well. Location is very quiet, we had a good night sleep. From the bedroom windows you see the mountains and a big pine tree in the yard. We loved it and would have loved to return!

Sehr schöner Ort ,absolut passendes Haus mit bequeme Terrasse, sauber. die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön ausgerichtet und schick, bequeme Matratzen. Bis zum Strand wirklich 400 m.zu Fuß. was sehr schön war , das mit dem Hund auf dem Strand darf, sogar frei laufen. Der Ort ist nicht so weit vom Pisa und wunderschöner Stadt-Luka. wenn gutes Wetter, dann haben Sie wirklich Glück gehabt. Mit Besitzerin kann man gut kommunizieren und leicht zu erreichen. Danke schön für angenemer Urlaub.

Una villa ideale con giardino recintato e portone automatico con parcheggio interno per due auto. Ho passato qualche giorno qui con il mio cane pastore ben accolto dai proprietari che sono gentilissimi. Non mi è mancato niente - anche la cucina e fornita di tutto il necessario. Ristoranti, supermercato e spiaggia sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.

Lovely property - highly recommended

We stayed at Villa Elza for a week in the middle of a touring holiday, so we needed secure parking. The villa is very secure as all of the gates are locked, and it has a lovely garden. It is in a pretty, quiet residential area, with great views from the bedrooms of the countryside and the mountains. The owners Lorella and Fabio are lovely, and were keen to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Lorella was there to meet us even though we arrived early, and gave us thorough information about the facilities and things like where the food shops were. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, such as washing machine, hairdryer, plenty of towels, and for 4 of us was very spacious. If we ever visit this area of Italy again we would definitely return to this property. Thank you very much Lorella and Fabio!

Perfect!

Have to start by saying that this house was spotless clean! The kitchen modern and spacious. All the bedrooms equipped with air conditions. The bathrooms are also very nice and bright. The private garden was super nice to sit and relax in after a day at beach. There was a brand new washing machine so after a week we left with all our clothes washed. Lorella who is the landlord is so nice! She helps you with anything you need to make your stay more pleasant. The beach is five minutes away and we stayed at San camillo which cost 30euro for one umbrella, two sun beds and two sun chairs. A good bargain. Close to the house you will find Versillia bike shop where we rented bikes for the whole family, a must in Forte Dei marmi. It takes about 7 minutes to bike to downtown Forte but there are also some nice local restaurants in the neighborhood of where the house is located. We were so happy with our stay at Lorella’s house and will come back. I can strongly recommend this villa as it is perfect!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und dort zwei tolle Urlaubswochen verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen, vor allem die Küche ist top ausgestattet und bietet weit mehr als man von einem Ferienhaus erwarten würde. Der Garten ist wunderschön und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt, wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht, auch für kleine Kinder ideal, da umzäunt. Der Kontakt mit Elza und Fabio war immer sehr nett und beide waren sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind schnell fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Our family of 5 people had a wonderful two weeks in a beautiful family home with a very nice and cozy interior. We were met an intelligent and helpful owners of the house. Near the house there is a lot of grocery shops and car rental. Around the house shaded area, so not hot, but unfortunately many mosquitoes in the evening. The beach is 10 minutes walking distance on foot. In the house liked the kitchen equipment - much of Cutlery, various utensils, large refrigerator and a large dishwasher. We really liked. We will gladly visit again. Thanks for the hospitality of the owners of the house.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) haben 10 herrliche Urlaubstage in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist mit Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr sauber. Ein Gefühl wie zuhause! Das Grundstück ist gut gelegen, ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. 400 Meter zum Strand (mit sehr schönen Baninos) sind gut zu Fuss zu bewältigen, sehr praktisch. Auch unser kleiner Hund hat den Garten und das kühle Haus sehr geschätzt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und diese Adresse auch weiter empfehlen! Dank an die Besitzerin, sie ist sehr sympathisch!

Nice and relaxing holidays at forte dei marmi

We spent a week at the end of may 2013 in this lovely house, very well located, close to shops and within walking distance of the beach. The environment is quiet which was a must for us. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and very well equiped. (especially the kitchen). We very much appreciated the quality of mattresses. And our little soon appreciated to play in the garden. We would recommend this address to our friends or family and we propably will come back in the future. The owners are nice and friendly. The house is exactly as you see it in the pictures.
