There are restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and Maria Luisa Beach is a little further on foot, or a few minutes by car. What's more, the neighbouring resorts of Praia D'Oura and Albufeira, with a host of amenities, are both within easy driving distance for a day or evening out. Great place

What a lovely villa in a rural location but just minutes from the main street. Very clean and spacious with a wonderful pool. Plenty of pool towels available and kitchen well equipped. Great water pressure from the shower too.

Perfect location for the week

We had a lovely time at this villa - located only a 10min walk from the nearest beach and just a few mins by car to Albufeira. Everything about the villa was just perfect - spotlessly clean and very nice furnishings throughout. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone travelling with a family - or even sharing amongst a few couples.Host was extremely helpful at all times.We will definitely be back again do.

Excellent

This property was fantastic from the great size pool at the front to the play area to the rear . Good size rooms , well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in all the rooms and fully walled to stop the kids escaping ( if you're that way inclined) or tipsy adults . 100mts form the local bar but super quiet, can't wait to go again

Great Villa

The property is spacious with a good size pool. The owner was attentive and responded promptly to enquiries. The property was cleaned half way through our stay and we were only there for a week, so that was unexpected. Overall,very impressed and would stay there again.

Villa Arez

We had a lovely family holiday at the villa. The Villa was as described and set out in the pictures, it was clean and tidy and well maintained. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a bus stop so we did not need to use a car. As it is slightly set back it is very quiet and not overlooked. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Arez

Villa is well positioned, peaceful no close neighbours down a short drive/track. Close restaurants and a supermarket close by, all within a 10 minute walk. Beach a 30 minute walk with restaurants and shops around it. Villa was comfortable with a heated pool (Extra cost) but no shallow end for young children. We have stayed in the Algarve many years, but agree the villa is getting outdated. One bedroom air con unit went faulty, but after a call it was promptly fixed the following day. The one point that stood out from all the other villas we have stayed in was there was No welcome pack, spare toilet rolls, washing up liquid, disinfectant, sacks etc. This has always been provided prior to going to the supermarket and getting our food etc. Holiday though was enjoyed by all of us including bbq, swing, slide, pool table and table tennis.

Super Private Villa

Had a lovely stay, great location within walking distance of plenty of bar's restaurants, and even the local supermarket, The villa itself has everything you need, including all utensills for kithcen and bbq, All the sunbeds are comfy,plenty of seating inside and outside, The villa was cleaned every 4 days whilst we were there,with fresh towels left for you, the pool man/maintenece man was a very freindly guy who always asked if there were any problems and if there was he promptly sorted them out, Would highly recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed, The location is just down a small track to villa which gives you uninterupted views all round, sun is on the pool area from around 9am until sunset but also has a covered terrace if you need to escape for some shade,

Great for a nice holiday

The location of this villa is great for a quiet and secluded holiday with the family, while also being close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The villa was quite clean and spacious, and had a lot of amenities. The outside area is great, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The communication with the host was efficient, although there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the heating of the pool, which was promptly resolved.

Great villa in quiet location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is quiet but also very close to local shops & restaurants. The villa has everything you need for a relaxed holiday.
