Kakel och laminat hela (allergivĂ€nlig enhet) Det finns en king size-sïżœïżœng i master sviten med egen privat dïżœïżœrr till balkongen och badrummet. 2: a sovrummet vïżœïżœrd en queen size-sĂ€ng med eget badrum, 3: e sovrum vĂ€rd en full sĂ€ng detta har en anslutande dörr till badrummet utanför vardagsrummet. Köket ïżœïżœr fullt utrustat med nĂ€stan alla föremĂ„l du behöver. Matplats har underbar granit topp bord med plats för 6 och plats fïżœïżœr 4 i baren frukost. Alla rum och vardagsrum har plattskĂ€rms-TV. Njut av den underbara utsikten över viken frĂ„n din privata balkong!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our visit. The condo is nice. It has more kitchen dishes and utensils than others we have stayed in. Some of the furniture is worn out but still usable. Enjoyed the beach chair service. It’s only a mile to a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. Master bathroom is very nice.

Great location and wonderful property!

The biggest thing I want to say about our stay was the level of communication from Kimberly Lang was exceptional. We had multiple families staying at the same property that rented from other people. There was construction going on with the property at the time we were staying and we were the only family that knew what was going on. Kim and her team stayed in constant communication with us and were quick to answer any questions. We will be back next year and renting with her again!

The property had a great view and overall experience was ok. The only thing that I had communicated with the property manager was roaches everywhere and I think it should be addressed. Parking although we didn't get the assigned lot, it wasn't much of an issue as it had a lot of parking spaces.

Highly Recommended Condo

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday. The weather was chilly but the heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. The condo was perfect— exactly what we expected and more (clean, comfortable, had everything we needed). We highly recommend booking through Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals.

Great Beach Get-Away!

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Princess. This condo was very clean, updated and well furnished. The Gulf view from the 5th floor was beautiful where we enjoyed daily visits from dolphins & pelicans. It was lovely!

Was exactly as advertised. Right on beach, easy access to bottom floor pool.we have stayed in Destin every year since we’ve been married (6 years). We will definitely be coming back and staying with them!

Condo is as advertised

The condo is in a good location and for the price point is a good deal. The condo is not fancy, but pictures are accurate. The unit is well stocked with necessities. The reason for only giving three stars: Upon arrival the balcony and furniture on balcony were dirty. All three tubs back up and ceiling fans need updating. Our main issue was with the management company. Upon arrival we could not get into the unit. When calling the management company we were told someone would call us back but they could not give us a timeframe. We were left standing outside with luggage in the rain. It took 15 minutes for someone to call us back and another 30 minutes for them to get someone out to resolve the issue. I do understand things happen, but upon giving feedback to the company, they plainly stated, "we handled in a timely manner." I am looking for a company to go above and beyond, and they did not. We were hoping for an early check in after our flight was changed, after communication with company it seemed like it might be an option, upon arrival we were told they were installing an appliance and we could not check in until 4. There is not an office on site, so we were stuck with luggage, again after communication with the company we were simply told, it should not be expected. I have had much better customer service in the past, and will find a place that can deliver that next we go to Okaloosa.

Family Vacation

Clean, comfortable stay! Everything is well kept and clean, even the refrigerator! We were happy to see a keurig and other unexpected things that helped accommodate our family. We appreciated the convenient private parking space as well as early check in. Nice view and right above the pool so we could sit on the balcony while still keeping up with our kiddos. Would stay here again, no doubt!

Nice, clean unit

Our unit was exactly as described and looked in pictures. It was very clean and updated. Location was away from heavy traffic yet quick and easy to local grocery store/attractions. We usually stay in Destin but was very happy with this location in relation to traffic. I wish the bedrooms had lights on ceiling or fan, lamps were used and it wasn’t bright enough for me. The water was full of algae which was disappointing. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Location Is fabulous. The condo is exactly as advertised. Communication with the property was great. The pontoon boat is extra amazing and the service was awesome with that also. We plan to be back.
