Bright, comfortable and created to give you a real Milanese experience, the house is located in an area with prestigious commercial activities - such as that of the famous Knam (the king of chocolate) - with several quality restaurants and next to the famous European Design Institute. . With a pleasant walk you will arrive in Piazza del Duomo on foot in just 15 minutes! A few steps away there is a private garage to book; also a 7 minute walk from the house you can rent a car.

Max and Mariella were excellent hosts from the beginning, welcoming us and providing directions from the airport. The apartment was clean and well maintained. They prepared the sofa bed for us, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the local recommendations as well as directions to the Olympic venues, and it was only about a 20 min walk to the Duomo. They let us store our bags after check out as we had a later departure from Milan, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable, clean and beautiful property located in the walking distance from the city center - exactly as advertised. Our host was very responsive, positive and helpful, making our arrival and stay with two kids easy. We highly recommend this place for visiting Milan.

Marvelous Milano

The apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Close enough to walk to all.the sights but I'm a cute, quiet & non touristy neighborhood. Mariella is a fantastic host and I will stay with her again when I return.

Comforts like home.

What a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The location is good to reach the Duomo and other great sites, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked for short and long stays and nicely decorated. It was comforting to come in after a long day of siteseeing and relax. Mariella was exceptionally helpful with our stay and getting us to the airport when the taxi failed to arrive. Thanks for making our stay so welcoming.

Our stay at Mariella’s apartment was perfect. Mariella is a wonderful host. She provided us with not only a perfect place to stay during our visit to Milan but provided us with information about places to see and recommended restaurants. We tried two and both were excellent and very near the apartment. She ordered us a taxi for two mornings. I felt she went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. You will not regret your decision.

Lovely spot!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10 and 11) that stayed for 1 night at Mariella's lovely apartment in Milan. It is a great spot, fully renovated and very modern, clean and well designed. It is exactly as shown in the pictures, and our whole family loved it. Communication with Mariella was clear, accurate and timely. She was very helpful in providing information and maps, and seemed to genuinely be interested in ensuring we had a great visit in Milan. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from Duomo, which was ideal. At the time of our arrival (10pm) street parking seemed to be limited, so we chose the parking garage Mariella suggested which was just around the corner, 25 Euros for 1 day. We were able to keep the keys (rather than leaving them for the car to be moved), which is our preference. All in all, a lovely spot that we would definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic Location and host

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in July 2022. The host Mariella was great, with clear instructions, and lots of advice. She went over and above what I expected. The property itself is very modern and clean, and writhing 15mins walk you are at the Duomo. Would recommend this propert to anyone planning to visit Milan

A few steps away there is a private garage to book; also a 7-minute walk from the house you can rent a car. It is a newly renovated attic located in an early 20th century building easily accessible by public transport: by bus in 20 min. you are at Linate airport, in 25 min. in Central Station, in 25 min. in Brera and in 16 min. in Piazza Duomo. Equipped with: ultra fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, large living room, cozy bedroom, bathroom equipped with every comfort, coffee machine, kettle and equipped kitchen.Being a private host, this property does not issue a tax receipt.
