About Family Paardekooper
For many years we were looking for a house to buy in the south of Europe. Hopefully to enjoy it, when we will be retired and escape our winters. Then we discovered the houses of Bonalba, situated at the golf course, not too far from shops & beaches, restaurants & towns and not too far from an airport, but still located at a peaceful location. Since then we are the proud owners of our lovely house at the golf course of Bonalba. If our calendar shows no availability for your chosen period, you can still request this period with us, as our identical neighbourhouses are also for rent, so we can perhaps help you to rent one of the houses of our neighbours.
Family Paardekooper purchased this Villa in 2003
Why Family Paardekooper chose Mutxamel
We love to play golf, swim in our pool, sit in our garden reading, sunbath at one of the sandy beaches of El Campello or San Juan or go for a trip to Benidorm, Alicante, Altea etc. We enjoy our house and many tenants with us, who have booked our house through Homeaway. Many tenants have returned to our house for several years.

Shopping: Muxtamel caters for all everyday needs with a Mercadona supermarket, butchers, fish shops, bread shops an internet cafe and weekly Wednesday street market.
A large Carrefour Hypermarket is a 5 minute drive away just beyond the junction of the A7.
The above is just a selection of the many attractions of the Costa Blanca - but, if that seems too hectic for those who simply want to relax, the villa has plenty of separate indoor and outdoor living areas to get away from everyone and do just that!!
