Ironwood A is a luxury four bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath town home in the heart of downtown Telluride's exclusive Depot District. This lovely family home is just a stone's throw from Main Street and the gondola, as well as the best shopping and dining that Telluride has to offer. Guests of this stunning residence are sure to enjoy this ultimate mountain family retreat no matter the season. The four-level property boasts three king-sized beds each on their own level, offering privacy and exclusivity within the town home. A spacious great room and open kitchen are the perfect place for cooking a family meal or entertaining friends and and a media room on the lower level is the perfect place for the kids or teens in your group to hang out. With multiple balconies all guests can enjoy mountain views, most notably, unparalleled views from the private hot tub on the 4th level deck. The San Miguel River and River Trail are steps away from this stunning Telluride vacation rental property.

ENTRY LEVEL
Enter this residence from Depot Avenue, right next door to the River Club. On this entry level there is a king guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom. To the right of the entryway is a door leading into the heated garage. Plenty of storage space for coats, hats, gloves etc.

MAIN LEVEL
Up one level is the spacious, open plan living area. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for eight guests and a stylish, L shaped sofa surrounding the gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a large deck off the main level that faces east, and boasts some of the best box canyon views of anywhere in town. This would be the ultimate spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks. There is a smaller deck off the kitchen area with a gas grill.

TOP LEVEL
Up one level again is the spacious and very private primary suite. The bedroom itself has a king sized bed, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens out to a small balcony with gorgeous mountain and ski area views. The master has a decadent en suite with an oversized tub, steam shower and his and hers sinks. There is also a walk in closet. Down a small hallway is a small room with a futon couch and flat screen TV -- perfect for the kids who don't want to sleep too far away from parents, or a baby in a crib. There is also a deck off this small nook room that has gorgeous views of Ajax Peak and a private hot tub.

BASEMENT LEVEL
On the basement level of the home are two additional bedrooms -- one has a king bed and the other (Media Room) with sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep 2-3 kids once the sofa is flattened out, each room has an en suite bathroom.

The home has stunning Ajax views from the main living area and boasts a host of amenities including a hot tub, 4 decks, 2 gas fireplaces and a heated parking garage.

Ironwood A ticked all the boxes. Great layout to comfortably accommodate 6 adults offering both ample privacy and large social spaces. Beautiful design and convenient location. The Lodging In Telluride Team were very accommodating and offered solutions to our requests for early check-in and late check-out. Timely and clear communication from booking, during the stay and post departure. You can’t go wrong with Lodging In Telluride service.

Great Property

Overall this is a great property. Very nice with great location and great views, several balconies. The only frustration we experienced was having to work to keep it cool (a lot of annoying opening and closing shades/windows), but I think that is fairly common for places across Telluride. The top floor master suite was particularly hard to keep cool even at night. But overall we had a great time and enjoyed this property, would stay here again.

This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed at in Telluride. Multiple issues during our stay. No A/C (which is typical in CO) but to make it worse no ceiling fans. The master bedroom was a sweltering hell hole from 11:00am-11:00pm. Pictures are very deceiving. Horrible layout, no shade all day long on any part of the building. Many better choices in Telluride and Mountain Village.

stayed here for christmas week with my family, it was great- house is in fabulous condition, looks even better than the pictures in person. the elevator was very convenient moving luggage and gear around. quick walk to the gondola. highly recommend.

This place was perfect: elegant, luxurious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. First of all, the house is exactly like the pictures you see but better. There are a numerous decks with superb views, plus a hot tub at the top perfect for star gazing at night. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious (“best shower I ever had”). The house is spacious and ideally sized for everyone. It's location is perfect with easy access to town and trails - all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!!!

This was our second stay with Georgie and our first in this home. It was an outstanding experience. The location of the home was the best you could ask for. A 5 minute walk brings you to the gondola, Clark's, or the main shopping in town. The quality, finishes, and cleanliness of this home was top notch. We stayed here over the 4th of July & this property is just beautiful. It is situated in downtown Telluride town, about 100 yards from the gondola & all of the shops & restaurants. Every detail of the property is exquisite. The linens, the decor, the views...everything was really easy from this location. We walked everywhere. Never drove our car. We watched the fireworks from the deck on the 4th - it was the most amazing view! If you were here in the winter the gondola is a 2 minute walk. Such a wonderful spot, we hope to return!

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $1000, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
