Property was very clean, much bigger than the photos show as you enter thru your own 1st floor apt door into a mud room where you find the first bedroom. There is a hallway to the bathroom that leads into the kitchen, dining room and living room which is a very comfortable space to hang out in and sleep 6 people. There are three mini split air conditioners and keeps space very cool. Large refrigeration was great for drinks, food and leftovers all week and large Tv's in both bedrooms and living room with Amazon fire sticks. Ray, Sheri and their kids are all super nice and very responsive if you need anything. Outside patio, chairs and firepit were a nice place to hang out at night when it cooled off. Not only was this a nice place to stay for me my wife and my parents, but was approx 5 mintues from downtown where the Baseball Hall of fame is and Main St shopping and restaurants and 10-12 minutes from the Cooperstown Dream Parks. There is a grocery store, McDonalds, Wood Bat Co, gas stations and some nice restaurants on your way to and from the fields to this apartment. A lot of the kids wanted a break from the Dream Parks dorms that they stay in with no A/C and 100 teams with kids and coaches shared bathroom facilities and was a huge convenience to be so close whenever needed or to run back to apartment quickly between games. Had an amazing time and highly recommend this VRBO.
We stayed for a week while my son played at dreams park. The home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—10 minute drive to dreams park/downtown, yet nestled in a cute, woodsy neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful- even left us umbrellas for the day it rained. Would recommend staying here for any trip to Cooperstown!
I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! Communication with the host was great. Have fun in Cooperstown!
We had an absolute blast staying in Cooperstown for our sons baseball tournament. The location of this property was ideal with access to both Cooperstown and Dreams Park. The property was very clean and in a secluded area for relaxing (peacefully) after the "noise" of baseball games. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They even helped locate my sons ring that was left behind and mailed it home to us. You definitely don't see this every day! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
It was more spacious than we expected providing a great retreat after hours in the sun at the ball park. It is situated between Cooperstown and Dreams Park which made getting to both easy.
We stayed for 6 nights while our son was playing at Dreams Park, which was a convenient 12-15 minutes away. Downtown Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame are less than 10 minutes away. The owners responded very quickly on the few occasions we had a question for them, and even delivered a coffee maker shortly after we let them know the one in the kitchen was not working! This home is tucked away in a quiet, wooded area and accessed from a gravel road that winds part of the way up the mountain. There was plenty of space to park our 2 cars. Inside, the space was much larger than the pictures show! We appreciated the entry area, which included a bench, shoe storage, and wall hooks for our sweatshirts and backpacks. The kitchen was well-equiped for cooking a variety of meals and the bathroom included spare toiletries for our use. There was plenty of seating to enjoy streaming services on the TV and the bedrooms were quiet, spatious, and comfortable, each with a queen bed, dressers, and a TV. The dogs on the property did bark and come to the fence when cars pulled into the driveway and could be heard moving around upstairs during the day, but we never heard the dogs at night or before 8:30 AM.
Cooperstown is a lovely area! We enjoyed our stay!
After dropping our son off at Dreams Park, this property was perfect for just the two of us for the week. Quick ride to Dreams Park, the Baseball Hall of Fame, and local restaurants. I would suggest this property if your looking for a quiet place while at Cooperstown. 👍🏻
Ray and his wife are very gracious people who have a great place to stay. You couldn't ask for more helpful people and they do whatever they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I look forward to staying there in the future and highly recommend their place to anyone who wants to visit the Cooperstown area.
Everything was great, even our new friend Athena fit it well when we had a few minutes to relax outside by the fire. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Cooperstown!

Perfect! Every detail was covered for us, and we had an amazing stay.
We came to Cooperstown for the very first time for our sons to play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We were 5-10 minutes away from everything at this perfect home-away-from-home. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location and close to Dreams Park
It was perfect for our family traveling to the area for baseball. Very clean and generously supplied by owners. They have thought of everything! I especially enjoyed the large entry with lots of hooks and nooks to organize jackets, bags, shoes, etc. We were comfortable and well rested staying here for the week. Hosts were wonderful and have thought of everything. They even provide a list of great restaurants in the area. Thank you! We would definitely stay again.

Quiet Nest Minutes from Cooperstown Main Street
This was a very nice quiet slice of heaven to relax and enjoy the fall foliage when we weren't participating in a family baseball tournament at Doubleday Field. So enamoured with natural scenery we actually chose to spend an afternoon on the property sitting under the gazebo instead of seeing the Baseball Hall of Fame.
The home itself is very well kept, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen had everything you need for basic home cooking and then some. Also and plethora of video games to choose from between the WiiU and Xbox. Thank you again Ray and Sheri!
