Apartment renovated, very pleasant, south facing, well equipped and tastefully furnished, overlooking a private garden at the back of a charming residence. Equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. 1 double bed in room L: 180 cm D: 200 cm (new bedding: anti-mite treatment Greenfirst) Sofa bed 140 cm nine ds stay. At disposal 2 bicycles, deckchairs, barbecue. Quiet place 150m from the beach and 15mn walk by the furrow of the thalassotherapy. The shops and buses are at the door, one can be autonomous without car. The garden and terrace are well enclosed for children and safe. Possibility to provide sheets with supplement.

No beach view. Instructions and lock box would have been good, but because there were delays in our travel, there was no way to get in to the unit. A neighbor helped us out by contacting the woman who took care of the unit. Finally got in. There were no instructions in the unit to tell us how to take good care of the unit, and no lock box number so we could leave the key at the house. One roll of toilet paper for a week for two people was not enough. Bed was comfortable. Bikes were not in good shape. No BBQ grill.

Idéalement situé par rapport à la plage de Rochebonne, mais aussi si l'on veut aller vers Cancale par l'anse Duguesclin. Pour rejoindre Saint-Malo intra-muros c'est possible à ides sans se préoccuper du parking. L'hôte était accueillante et disponible. L'appart a le charme de l'ancien. Pas pu rofiter de la terrasse, mais le ferons quand nous reviendrons. Je recommande.

La casa è caratteristica e a due passi dal lungo mare . Il giardino è piacevole e c è un ottima pasticceria di fronte. L unica cosa che posso suggerire al proprietario è di lasciare agli ospiti almeno un po’ di caffè , una bottiglia di acqua , 2 rotoli di carta igienica e sapone per le mani. Per rimanere 2 giorni abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto e lasciare tutto praticamente nuovo. Inoltre prestare più attenzione nelle pulizie abbiamo trovato un paio di capelli biondi tra le lenzuola.

Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos und beschrieben. Super Lage 2 Minuten vom Strand. Bäckerei direkt gegenüber sowie gutes Restaurant an der Ecke. Lediglich die Fahrräder brauchen eine Generalüberholung und waren nicht brauchbar.

Wunderbare Zeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der schönen Wohnung gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, um mit der Familie eine angenehme Zeit zu verbringen. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsläden. Direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle. Toll! Es gibt auch einen Grill für die Terrasse. Wer ihn benutzt, sollte den Rost auch anschließend säubern, damit auch die folgenden Gäste noch lange Freude dran haben. Für uns hat alles gepasdt. Sehr schön!haben.
