Unique studio in the heart of Milan

New studio located in the heart of Milan.

The house has been renovated and designed to provide you with a solution of maximum prestige and comfort, it is located on the first floor, with a lift.

An apartment equipped with every comfort and fully equipped. An elegant dark parquet, furniture with a modern and functional design: everything is designed so that you don\'t miss anything.

A space full of light, with balcony and large windows, ready to give you an energetic awakening in the heart of the city.



Check-in: your check-in, meant as guests information, will be entirely online and in advance; please notice that, as required by the local law, the registration of the guests is a must. During the process you will be asked to fulfill the form with your valid ID information. You will also asked to pay for the city tax, the cost is 3€ per person per night (people under the age of 18YO and residents musn’t pay).

You can collect the keys at Hostmate office from 11am to 6.30pm. The apartment will be available from 3pm.

Late check-in: if your arrival will be after 6.30pm, we need to schedule an appointment to welcome you directly to the apartment, the cost of the late check- in service is 20€ from 6.30pm to 9pm, 40€ from 9pm to 00am, to pay at your arrival to the person who welcome you.

Excellent studio apartment

Clean and comfortable apartment within walking distance of central Milan. The bed is comfortable and the linen is clean and soft. The towels are a good size too! The check in was easy for a lone female traveller as I paid for someone to meet me at the apartment. It is a safe neighbourhood and I’d stay there again.

Everything was super smooth. The place was clean. As advertised. It’s small and met our needs. Host was flexible on our 11:30p arrival

Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a safe building and in an excellent location!! It was clean, and comfortable. I give it a 4, due to the fact, that we were there for a 4 day stay and only received 1 roll of toilet paper and we were used to this being an included item in previous Vrbo’s. A few other items we also expected to be provided but were not.

It was very difficult to find the Hostmate Office, the way destription was horrible. Everything was very laborious.

Very good location. And the building itself is really beautiful. There’s a concierge at the door. No one could come without a key. Felt pretty safe. The apartment itself is very cute. And nothing was missing. Just the cleanness needs to be worked on. A lot of dust everywhere and in the bathroom around the shower it was black humid dust.

We recently had the most amazing time in Milan! The check in for this one was a little tricky as the place to get the keys is in a totally different area than the building itself. That with mixed WIFI service, we couldn't open up the email they had sent beforehand (which would have been super helpful). I do believe there was an option for the host to meet us onsite, and I would recommend that for future stays. The apartment was great! And the location was perfect for us! It overlooks the courthouse, so you see lots of activity going on, but the location was AMAZING as we could walk to the Duomo, Sforza Castle, Di Vinci Museum all within 10-15 minutes! I always thought it was a shorter walk because of all the things you look at and are distracted by while walking. Our contact was great...we had a question about the AC while we were there and I just texted through VRBO, and they replied within minutes on how to trouble shoot it and it worked perfectly! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Lejligheden har en god beliggenhed. Selve lejligheden er fin, men super ærgerligt at der ikke er ofret mere på indretningen. Armaturet i køkkenet sidder ikke fast i bordpladen. Køleskabet er ikke fastmonteret. Der mangler garderobeplads f.eks knage til jakker. Sparsomt med service. Udlejer opfordrer til sortering af affald, men der er ikke spande nok til sortering.

We had a delightful stay here. It was close enough to walk to everything in Milan yet location was quiet. Highly recommend this place!
