Two spacious apartments obtained from a beautiful manor house near Porto Azzurro, in a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by a large park of tall Mediterranean vegetation that creates a particularly cool micro climate in summer and mild in winter. Each apartment includes its own outdoor area equipped for dining al fresco in the countryside. The nearest beach is Barbarossa which is 900 m from the house and a 12 minute walk. Pets are accepted upon request and prior authorization.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of Young People)
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- air conditioning for a fee of €10 per day, on request
- pets allowed subject to authorization from the property, with a cleaning supplement to be paid on site of €30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Four-room apartment A sleeps 6 + 1 - First Floor
This large 85 m2 apartment is accessed via a comfortable covered external staircase and consists of 2 double bedrooms (one air-conditioned and one with a ceiling fan) and a bedroom with a bunk bed (air-conditioned), a living room with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one for guests). The kitchen leads to a large terrace covered by a veranda in the part equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Upon request at least 7 days in advance, it is possible to add a third fold-out bed (camp bed) with a supplement.
