Welcome to our home!

With great sun exposure, this is an open space with fully functional kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a TV with international channels, there is also a comfortable sofa that turns into a full size sofa bed.

This is a renewed apartment with a 5-minute walking distance to São Bento metro station.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

The dining area can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment also comes with a washer and ironing equipment should you need it.

It's fantastic location allows a quick access on foot to the main tourist spots in Porto, like the R. das Flores, Torre dos Clérigos or even the river area.

You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

Please note: the apartment does not come with cooking oil, salt and pepper.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
