Lovely house in the centre of Taormina

Lovely property just a few steps away from the lively streets, shops and restaurants in Taormina. We had a lovely few days here. The property is full of interesting art and objects created by the Nicki the owner. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and cool. We loved Taormina; our highlights were, early morning fresh granite at Bam Bar, the Jazz festival at the stunning teatro antico, getting the cable car down to the beach and Isola Bella.

Great location Niki was great met my family and I early and allowed us to drop our bags off while the property was being cleaned. My only recommendation would be to update the bathrooms a bit. Maybe add a shower curtain the upstairs bathroom. Other than that cute rooms very spacious great location easy to find!

Great Location Close to Everything

The location can't be beat, close to everything and still a bit off the center of the action so you can actually sleep at night (albeit the occasional drunk tourists who pass by in the middle of the night singing or speaking very loud). The house does have a lot of stairs. 4 floors in total with each bedroom on a different floor and the kitchen with outdoor terrace is on the top floor. But many multi-bedroom apartments are like that in Taormina so if you are in shape and have good knees this should not be an issue. We actually liked each having a seperate floor to retreat to and then spend our meals and social time in the kitchen and the fantastic outdoor space. Everything in the apartment was just as photographed and described, listing is accurate. Host was very nice, explained parking and getting from parking to the apartment in great detail. He met us a check-in and check out which was nice. And he had some water and fruit for us on arrival, which was a very nice touch. Kitchen is well equipped, main bathroom is fine, the other 1 1/2 bathrooms in the bottom bedrooms are fine but very small so not ideal for everyone, The bedrooms are quite large, beds are comfortable with good bedding and lots of extra linens. There are two sets of glass windows and shutters so it helps cut down outside noise. Everything in the apartment was in good working order and we were very happy with out stay.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! It really suited our big group, as each floor had a bedroom and washroom and there was a large terrace on the top floor that served as a common area. The location is amazing! Walking distance to the best restaurants and shops of Taormina, and very close to the stairs/cable car to go down to the beach. This property was fully stocked, had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the cleanliness, and the friendly welcome from the host. Will definitely recommend to anyone with a large group looking for accommodation in Taormina.
