Apartment Balcon GB/FG is a cosy studio located in San Agustin, a quiet area in the south of Gran Canaria and features wonderful seaviews. It grants access to a great communal swimming pool!

It has been recently refurbished and it counts with quality fittings and fixtures to make your stay comfortable. It has a cosy double bed, a plushy sofa and a kitchen equipped with all the basics for a beach rental stay. You will also have a private bathroom with shower.
There is air conditioning and free wifi at your disposal!
Apartment Balcon GB/FG is very close to several golden sand beaches such as Playa del Ingles or Meloneras, and very close to the San Agustin shopping centre and other supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Lots of possibilities!
