Modern apartment in a fantastic luxury urbanisation with communal swimming pool and gardens just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Moraira and its fantastic beaches.



That apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It is located in a luxury residential complex built with the highest quality finishes. It has air conditioning throughout the home, fibre optic WiFi Internet, satellite TV, electric blinds, fireplace, security doors and windows, rustic marble flooring etc. It is fully equipped and very well decorated with quality furniture.



The property has an extraordinary south-facing orientation and a fantastic sunny terrace with views of the swimming pool. From the terrace you will also enjoy beautiful views of the Moraira valley with the Sierra de Bernia mountains in the background.



You can access both the dwelling and the entire complex, including the garage, without stairs. It has a lift and 1 parking space.

IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 years of age are not admitted, unless accompanied by an adult of older age. If this rule is breached, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

Large celebrations are not permitted. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. No more people than the property's capacity are permitted to stay overnight in the property.

Great apartment

Great apartment with everything you wish for during your holiday. Close to Moraira so everything within walking distance. The ceiling of the bathrooms need to be painted or redone. The chairs on the balcony are not in a very good condition. Some chairs to take to the beach to use would be nice, there was an umbrella.

A spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, and a lovely outdoor pool.

The pool was beautiful and there was secure underground parking for our hire car. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Could do with a few touch ups / bit of re-painting in places but nothing major, overall very nice

2 weeks at the Club Island

Locations superb. Pool area lovely. Apartment and setting very good. I would highly recommend this apartment. Balcony seat cushions required. Sun lounger for pool area would be useful. Useful to have a Welcome pack, with instructions for white goods. Include local map, contact numbers for medical, taxis, police, local attractions, public transport, etc

Lovely apartment but could do with a little more warming up!

Location was first class. Lovely and clean. Maybe just a bit more effort to make it feel homely. A rug and some soft furnishings. Just all a bit unfriendly feeling. Apart from that it’s really good. Maybe given that it was Christmas, a complimentary bottle of wine would have been nice. But we will definitely book again. Sol habitat are great to deal with.

Overall, very happy with our first rental from Solhabitat, I will certainly recommend to our friends and family, keep up the good work guys! Communications could be better, for example, if I don't answer my phone, then please leave a voice message or text me, I see a missed call but I don't know who the caller is , it could be "spam" . Text messaging in general is a better option, not everybody uses WhatsApp.

Good apartment, just needs a few tweaks .

Big apartment in a quiet complex, with good views from balcony, very easy walk to shops, bars and beach. Comfortable beds and good linen&towels. Overall good accommodation but would not be our first choice when visiting Moraira again. Glass doors to balcony need something on them to make it obvious they are closed, (tried to walk through them thinking they were open)! Operating instructions in English for appliances and air con needed , could not use oven, hob or air con. Television does not have any English channels, only BBC World news, It would have been nice to be met at the apartment and not having to go to office to collect key, any immediate problems could be raised in person instead of having to e-Mail. The €125 euro final clean charge is excessive when only two people occupying apartment. We only used one bedroom and bathroom! So very little cleaning needed.

Regarding the glass and the use of appliances, this is the first time a tenant has told us about it, we have never had problems about it. Un lugar con encanto.

Es un apartamento de mucha calidad de construcción y diseño, unas zonas comunes en magnífico estado, aparcamiento privado con ascensor directo. Además de estar en el centro de Moraira, pero al lado, con unas magníficas vistas a los viñedos de la famosa uva de moscatel y mirando a la vertiente sur con un bosque de pino mediterráneo.

Relax y tranquilidad

Solemos ir todos los años 1 o 2 semanas, el lugar es muy tranquilo y cumple todos los requisitos. Esta bastante aseado y los espacios son grandes aunque solo tenga 2 habitaciones. También bastante cerca de la playa para ir caminando. Repetimos casi siempre para desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad. Tiene persianas y mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, muy importante para nosotros. El tendedero es muy incómodo y el de la galería está hecho polvo.
