Enjoy a private perch above Provincetown with 270 degree view from the Monument across to Long Point. This one-bedroom condo with a comfortable twin-sized sleeper sofa will be your hideaway in the heart of town.

Includes a private 350 square foot deck overlooking the water directly across from Long Point Lighthouse. Deck has a grill, dining table, sofa and chaise lounge. Guests also have access to a common deck directly on the beach. (NOTE For 2024 renters, the common deck at the beach level is currently under construction and may not be complete for the 2024 season; the private deck at the unit is unaffected).

Inside you can continue to enjoy a view of the ocean from the dining table or a lounge chair. Inside is light and airy with windows on three sides.

All new furnishings with well equipped kitchen.

A 15-minute walk from the ferry, 6 doors from the Boatslip and Tea Dance, 1 block from Mussel Beach Gym and walkable/bikable from the beaches and all the clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and everything at the heart of Provincetown.

My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay in this cozy, well appointed unit with a stunning view of the bay. The weekend was cold and rainy, but David's place was cozy and comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed. The apartment has a beautiful view with a large deck.
