The penthouse is in a fully-secured and gated apartment complex with Mediterranean-style communal gardens and a shared swimming pool to unwind on-site with friends and family.

A private solarium features a lovely, sun-washed swimming pool and sunloungers to enjoy, and there is also alfresco dining to fully soak up the cosy weather. For active vacationers and fitness freaks, the complex offers a common squash court and a well-equipped gym. The penthouse is located on the first floor and can be easily reached via the lift available for guests\' use. It is fully air-conditioned and divided into three levels to provide ample space for everyone to relax. The living room of the penthouse is light-filled, modern and with direct terrace access. It is furnished with super comfy sofa seating with an ottoman, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and coffee machine.

The historic centre with Plaza de Los Naranjos and many notable buildings, the sea coast with beaches like Playa de la Fontanilla, restaurants, tapas bar and even a supermarket are just 10-15 minutes from here. A number of golf courses for lovers of putting are a 10-15 minute drive away, but if you are keener on enjoying the famous nightlife of Marbella then Nikki Beach and the glamorous Puerto Banús are just a 15-minute drive from here!
