Welcome to our Home!

Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. 12 minutes walking distance to S.Bento metro station.

Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

Service available 24/7 for your convenience.

Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)

Great location!

This was in a fantastic location - just be prepared to walk the four flights up! And clean and pretty bright - one room is dark but that didn’t matter because it was just for sleeping. The one suggestion I would make is that there was nothing there to facilitate our stay - nothing to get started cooking ie Sal and pepper and oil, no soap to wash clothes. Only being there for a short stay, it would be nice to have the very basics available so that we did not have to buy them

Très mécontents

Mauvaise expérience dans ce logement. Mon mari déjà présent avant notre arrivée a Porto est allé récupérer les clefs et déposer nos affaires dans l appartement. A son arrivée l appartement avait subi des travaux et une odeur de peinture horrible y régnait. De surcroit le ménage apres le passage du peintre n avait pas été fait. Bilan : il avait dormi sur un des lits, s était lavé avec une serviette qu il avait laissé en vrac, oublié de faire le ménage. Bref mon mari a dû faire 1 heure 30 de menage avant notre arrivée ( nos enfants et moi). 8 appels infructueux et des échanges de mails tardifs. Nous avons vécu avec les ventilateurs pendant 3 jours pour essayer d évacuer l odeur dans un appartement qui ne présente qu un vasista qui donne dans la cage d escalier ( celle concernée par les travaux). Pour conclure apres avoir fait des pieds et des mains nous avons réussi a obtenir en dédommagement la coquette somme de 25 soit la moitié du ménage, une honte....

Good location for excursions

We came with two children and really had a great time in Porto. the location of the apartment is very good. You can reach downtown Porto within five minutes. Absolutely brilliant for excursions.
